Luxury Oceanfront Villa rental for 30 people in Puerto Vallarta

Casa Salinas I and Casa Salinas II are located next to each other and can accommodate up to 30 people in 15 bedrooms.

Casa Salinas I is a luxurious nine-bedroom oceanfront villa located approximately two miles south of town on a secluded sandy beach and next door to Casa Salinas II. The ocean views are spectacular and these villas are an ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. Casa Salinas I is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort. It accommodates a maximum of 18 persons in nine air conditioned bedrooms (seven with king beds, one with two queen beds and one with two twin beds). Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The staff includes an on-site manager, cook, and maid service. The house is equipped with state-of-the-art split air conditioning throughout and a water purification system. Guests can enjoy the heated infinity-style swimming pool focused toward the ocean.

Casa Salinas II is a luxurious 6 bedroom oceanfront villa located approximately 2 miles south of town on a secluded sandy beach and next door to Casa Salinas I. The ocean views are spectacular and these villas are an ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation. Casa Salinas II is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort. The staff includes an on-site manager, cook and maid service. There are four floors with an elevator. The villa accommodates a maximum of 12 people in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms all with king size beds with four full bathrooms (granite and marble). The entire villa is air conditioned. There is a large living room, dining room, kitchen with purified water throughout. Guests can enjoy the heated infinity-style swimming pool focused toward the ocean. Amenities include: Satellite TV, music, VHS and DVD (we suggest guests bring their own movies). Internet access is available for guests bringing their own laptops. The villa manager, Juan, has a boat and will take guests fishing and/or sightseeing for a small charge. In-home babysitting can be arranged. The maid will wash, dry and fold guests personal laundry if requested. Tennis courts and golf courses are just a short drive from the villa. The center of town is just 2 miles away for restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Juan speaks excellent English, has 20 years experience at Casa Salinas and is assisted by an excellent professional staff. Children are welcome and there are cribs, rollaways and high chairs available for them. However, we will need to know how many and their ages, before we will accept a booking.

We ​​​do not accept student groups for Spring break parties at the villas.

Bachelor parties or other: we do not accept.

• All bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, WiFi, and Satellite TV.
• We provide all linens, bath and beach towels, and hand and bath soap.
• Rates include an English-speaking manager, cook, maid service and houseman.
• Rates do not include food, liquor, or staff gratuities.
• 2 meals daily: breakfast & dinner (all meals are optional and food is not included in the rate). All meals are served family style
• Juan, our manager, will go over daily menus with guests; the staff shop. An amount will be required in advance for shopping and groceries, and prior to departure receipts can be settled.
• The villa staff cannot take personal checks or credit cards – payment by cash (pesos or USD) only.
• Juan the Manager speaks English and oversees both villas and an excellent staff.
• Our maids will do guests personal laundry when requested at no charge
• The staff are off on Sundays.
• Power surges are not uncommon in Mexico so you might want to bring a surge protector for your devices. No special adaptors are needed the power is the same as in the US.
• Cell Phones: most cell phones get good coverage, however, check with your Carrier before
you leave home in order to “roam” in Mexico and to make certain this feature is activated.

The villas are an ideal setting for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation, family gatherings, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other celebrations. Each villa is approx 8,000 sq.ft and they can be rented individually or together. If the same party reserves both villas all guests can dine together in the one villa if desired.
