- Approximately 25ft deep
- Stocked with bass, perch & sunfish for catch and release.
- No motor boats

- Cottage is located near the water's edge
- Large dock with ladder access
- Water is deep enough for diving

About Our Property:
- 5 acres of forest
- Terraced decks overlook lake and provide space to BBQ & lounge (Note: as visible in our photos the deck has double size seating steps which may not be suitable for toddlers/infants)
- 2 car garage has a ping pong table & secondary fridge
- Southeast exposure: dock & decks get direct light from sunrise through mid afternoon
- Flat area at entrance to cottage has table/chairs with sunset views
- Roast marshmallows at the fire pit overlooking the lake
- Follow the short hiking trail to a rocky plateau for a picnic
