Three well appointed bedrooms, two with comfortable queen beds and an additional bedroom with two comfortable single beds. Modern bathroom easily accessible from the bedrooms. A sun room opening on to the back garden providesan extra living space to relax. Fully fenced section safe for children to play and a quaint play house to keep them entertained while the adults are relaxing. Additional features include BBQ, Off Street Parkingand Unlimited Wifi.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

Just a stroll away

Thank you for letting us indulge in your whare. It was perfect for our family and friends to come visit us while we were all staying close by. The family gathering was just a stroll up the road which was perfect also. The whole weekend staying in this whare was devine. Clean, fresh, close to all amenities. Thank you again. Perfect holiday home for our family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was a perfect holiday home for our family. The grandchildren loved the back yard swing and play house. The adults loved having the conservatory to retreat to when the children had movie time. We could walk to the beach, coastal walkway and Fitzroy Pools. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Was great to have a washing machine available. We'd love to come back next year.
