The finished walkout basement offers a great family room with TV, ping pong table, pool table and bathroom. From the lower level you can access the back yard which leads out to the lovely waterfront on Big Pea Porridge Pond. Here you will find a partially sandy beach, outdoor fire pit, 2 one person kayaks, and 3 youth kayaks (150 pound max). The beach offers southern exposure and is mostly sunny throughout the day (weather pending of course). The house also features a large deck that looks out over the pond, perfect for star gazing at night or enjoying a delightful cup of coffee in the morning.
