The open plan living area features a plush L-shaped sofa, multi-room Sonos bluetooth indoor-outdoor speaker system, wood burning fireplace and a brand new pool table. Large sliding doors frame the scenic Mudgee farmlands that surround the property. In the kitchen you’ll have everything you need to whip up a meal at home, including a full-sized fridge and freezer, microwave, stainless steel oven and stove, two dishwashers and Nespresso machine. A spacious centre island offers additional breakfast bar seating or cooking prep space. An adjoining private dining area with wall-to-wall glass windows and a 12-seater timber table offers the perfect place for the whole group to gather and enjoy a meal together.

Rest easy in one of six bedrooms. The master suite features a king bed, reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fan, private patio overlooking the pool and mountains plus, its own ensuite with a walk-in robe, dual sinks, a rainfall showerhead and toilet. There is a second king bedroom with a ceiling fan and private ensuite and two other king bedrooms with ceiling fans which share a third bathroom with shower. The fifth bedroom offers a queen bed with ceiling fan, while the sixth bedroom is set up with two singles, a ceiling fan and is perfect for those travelling with children. A fourth bathroom is available for guest use with a shower, toilet and mirrored vanity.
