The property boasts three bedrooms, inviting relaxation after active days exploring the bay. The master suite downstairs features one Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity for your convenience and comfort. The remaining two bedrooms are upstairs and are equipped with a Queen bed in one room and two Single Bunk beds in the third bedroom.

The living area is designed for ultimate comfort with reverse-cycle air conditioning, relaxing lounge seating, and a large Smart TV, creating an ideal setting for memorable movie nights or catching up on your favourite shows.

Mealtimes are a joy in the fully equipped, recently renovated kitchen. It is loaded with all the essential appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and refrigerator. You'll also find a dining room fit for a feast or a quick bite before heading out for the day.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Nice home, needs to be maintained

We have been staying at fingal bay for over 30 years so love the location. Unfortunately on arrival the house was clearly not in use for quite some time, there were dead bugs thought out the entire property. Several cockroach baits were scattered in each room, so this may be a continued problem. Whilst the ensuite toilet had a cleaned wrap around the toilet lid, there was gross, cloudy, faecal matter in the toilet not flushed. The ensuite shower, floods, so every shower we had to sacrifice a towel to stop the place from flooding. The mattresses and possibly linen need to be replaced, my daughter and I have dust mite allergies and from night one were both covered in bites, itchy as anything. The kitchen appears to have been renovated very nicely, there was one pot lid that was broken and put back, otherwise no complaints.The property has a Kmart portacort and a small high chair which we used. However they also list baby gates at the top and bottom of the stair case, the top baby gate was broken, a material pull across one, someone had obviously tried to makeshift a quick fix as there was a slit cut in it where the catching mechanism is meant to be. So we had to move the bottom baby gate to the top area so our toddlers didn’t push on this broken mesh and fall through as unfortunately the broken catch is the bottom catch We alerted the Realestate to these problems during the week, but I feel because we also came in regarding something else these we not taken on board.
