Situated on a rear section, Southern Belle offers plenty of everything to make your holiday one to remember. From space to park the car and boat, through to generous open-plan living that flows seamlessly onto your sun-drenched patio and fully fenced lawn.

This Cromwell holiday home is furnished with your comfort in mind. An L-shaped leather couch is perfect for putting your feet up with a good book, turning on the Smart TV to catch up on that show everyone’s been talking about, or posting some of your holiday pics using the unlimited complimentary WIFI. Heat pump technology allows you to set the perfect temperature at the touch of a button, whatever the season.

A fully equipped kitchen is on hand to self-cater your stay, while a BBQ on the patio is waiting for you to grill up a feast and dine alfresco long into the warm summer evening. Later, pop the dishes in the dishwasher and retreat to your own little haven to recharge the batteries for tomorrow.

Southern Belle offers three generous bedrooms for up to nine guests to rest their heads. The master features a luxurious king size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the other rooms are fitted with queen and single bed options, and share a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom. An additional guest toilet completes the set up for your stay.

Southern Belle is in a great location less than 1km from the Cromwell Heritage Precinct and the banks of the Kawerau River. If a road trip brings you here, why not bring the bikes to hit the trails - you can safely store them in the garage when you’re not out riding.

For your everyday conveniences, you’ll find a supermarket, pharmacy, and more shops and eateries five minutes away in Cromwell town, and for adventures further afield, Queenstown and Wanaka are less than an hour away.
