Valley View Wanaka was recently built with guest comfort and convenience being a top priority.

The upstairs open plan living, kitchen and dining affords the guests panoramic views over Albert Town and beyond

Situated 4.6 km from Lake Wanaka and beneath Mt Iron, guests can choose from many hiking/biking/climbing options within a short walk from the accommodation.
The property is a bit further from the town center, but the trade off is extra parking for boats and a quiet neighborhood.

The section is fully fenced, making it safe for small children and small to medium sized dogs.

This house has been designed to capture beautiful views, and also to be convenient for all your holiday needs. Valley View is spacious and comfortable with extra insulation in windows, walls and floor make this house very cosy and easy to keep warm in winter. We are conscious of having as small a Carbon Footprint as possible.

The property is professionally cleaned after each client and all linen is hired from a commercial laundry to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Linen is included in the nightly rate and cleaning fees cover do not the actual cost (no margin charged on top by us).

Home away from Home!

For those that are looking for a great location that sleeps up to 10 people and a dog look no further! Valley View is everything you could want for your family and peace of mind for your four legged family too. Great communication with Dina the host, and very accomodating and wanting to ensure that your stay is comfortable. The house was very clean and had all the ammenities to cater for a larger group. The rooms all on the ground level with the kitchen and bbq on the second level so that you can enjoy the views (book now!) The local food shop only 5 minutes down the road and about 10 minutes from Wānaka. Great places to walk the dog around Albert town and a lovely fenced backyard for the dog to wander when your at home. Heated floors for the colder nights and air conditioning when it gets a little hot during the day. Highly recommend! Thank you Dina and Valley View it was like a place to call home when we were busy getting ready for a wedding at Lake Hawea! THANKYOU!!!

Everything we needed✌🏽

Together with my husband and 4 of our 5 sons, We enjoyed being able to spread out around the house and it was handy with the second lounge downstairs, loved the light that beamed into the house throughout the day and night. The heat pumps helping to keep it cool was a bonus. Our shih tzu pup prince enjoyed himself too being able to run freely & to his hearts content. Will definitely return if we were ever to come back. We built Valley View on this section because we like the area, we have been able to incorporate into the home all the things that we appreciated in the various holiday homes we have stayed in over the past 15 years. We sincerely hope that you also enjoy the choices that we have made during the building and furnishing process.

Valley View Wanaka is a lovely home, newly built with guest comfort and convenience being a top priority.
Situated 4.6 km from Lake Wanaka overlooking Albert Town and further to Hawea flats. We planned the open plan kitchen, living and dining to be upstairs so that we could appreciate the panoramic views that the Wanaka area is so famous for.
The neighbourhood is one that we love, large sections and close to many hiking/biking tracks, also rock climbing and just a short drive to Wanaka Central.
