As you enter through the Oaks Resort entrance, Desert Rose is the first villa on your left, surrounded by landscaped gardens and with only one neighbour. This stand alone villa has all the privacy you require.

The villa is only a short 800m stroll to the heavenly waters of the world famous Cable Beach. Along the way, you can stop for a coffee, and it's a short 5 min drive to Chinatown. It is the ideal location!

You will find three bedrooms which are roomy, each having a wall mounted television and built in robes. The master bedroom features a king size bed and a large ensuite equipped with a bath, shower, vanity and toilet. The four singles (in the two other bedrooms) are serviced by a family bathroom with a shower, vanity and toilet. The villa sleeps up to 6 people.

There is open plan kitchen/dining and lounge room with views out to your patio. Welcome to your outdoor entertaining area with your own private pool that is fenced and screened off from the rest of the resort. The perfect place to relax under the shade of the Frangipani trees which gives you that complete holiday feel!

A desk nook is located in the cupboard to the left of the main TV for those of you who need to check the pesky work emails whilst you are away. The laundry is in the hall cupboard with a front loader washer, wall mounted dryer and sink. There is no clothes line but there is a clothes airier for use on your veranda.

The back store room houses some pool and beach gear, please help yourself.

All linen, bath and pool towels are provided. WiFi is also complimentary at Resort Reception. NO pets allowed. No Party's or Events, Guests only.

Please note - the private pool has a few ongoing issues including cloudy pool water due to the painted surface eroding away over time in certain areas of the pool. This is not harmful in any way, as advised by our pool technician. There is also a large amount of leaf debris from the surrounding shrubs. To help with these issues we have a full pool service (clean and chemical check) being done twice a week. There is also a leaf scoop available at the villa should you wish to remove any leaf debris during your stay.
