Our young family home is our piece of paradise in a family friendly old grove street. A charming red brick with high ceilings & loads of character. We’d love it to be your home while you relax & unwind on your coastal holiday with your family or share the huge space with another.
The spacious floor plan boasts 4 bedrooms (kids in a separate wing) plus a separate multi functional retreat for play / TV / sleeping. 2 bathrooms & 2 living rooms at opposite ends.
It’s the perfect setting to unwind after a day filled with endless possibilities at your doorstep:

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property except the garage & a couple of locked cupboards we have our personal belongings in.
Parking space for 2 cars & additional cars can be parked on front nature strip. Remote vehicle access
Other Things To Note:
Minimum 5 night stay.
We have a preference to rent our home to families as the space & bedrooms are designed for this.
Pets permitted on request. Pls msg regarding type of pet.

Email first & surnames of all adult guests including ages & driver licence numbers
No schoolies.
NO parties.
No smoking inside.
Please respect our neighbour friends by turning music & noise down from 10pm. We adore our neighbours & want to look after them.
If your stay includes a Sunday night, please take the bins out & bring them back in.
Please strip the bedding before checking out & leave it in the bath.
Please confirm at time of booking whether you require trundle bed/s & futon to be made up for sleeping.
