The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool, ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center and billiards room. Kitchen supplies a Keurig & drip coffee maker. Bed sizes include a queen, a pyramid bunk and a queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest supplies bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. For your added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. This property rents with check-in and out on Thursdays and Sundays in season, any 2 nights off season.
Remember the cleaning fee is always included. Unit 113 offers Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, smart TV's in the living room and master bedroom, and 3 Blu-ray players. This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests.
