This 3rd floor condo has a view to rival any on the Emerald coast--enjoy it from our floor to ceiling windows or step outside to hear the waves from the private balcony.

This one bedroom features a king bedroom that also overlooks the stunning white sands and Gulf of Mexico. A sleeper sofa adorns the spacious living room, and there are two full bathrooms plus a full kitchen provides all you need for any meal. An in-condo washer and dryer offers the ultimate convenience. 

This beachfront condo will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.

Another Great Stay

Clean and spacious! Great bed and the windows are amazing for the best view. We love this condo and it’s the only one we stay in while on vacation.

NICE STAY

We come to PCB around 5 times a year. This was the first time staying Edgewater. It is an older resort but it was super nice. Will definitely stay again if the price is right.

Great New Year's Retreat

My wife and I spent a restful week at this Condo in PCB. The location was very convenient. Close to everything, but not in the middle of it. It was off season, so no crowds at the resort either. The views were spectacular and the Condo had everything we needed. Would stay again.

This stay was so much fun! Not overwhelming and the condo has the best views! We hope to be back soon! We actually met a family from Ohio very close in age for my husband and I plus our children as well! Hopefully we call all meet back up next year!

Edgewater vacation

This unit has an amazing view from the bedroom and living room. We stayed at Edgewater while we were touring some springs in the area. Edgewater was always our choice when our children were young. It never disappoints. Sandy made everything easy from the initial inquiry to the final but sad check out. We would definitely rent from Sandy again.

This is an older property, but I can’t say enough about the cleanliness and location! It was perfect. 3rd floor balcony….a beautiful view of the ocean! Sandy replied quickly and answered any and all questions. SUPER EASY CHECK IN! I highly recommend this condo!

Wonderful place

It was our first time in Panama City Beach and could not have picked a better place to stay then Edgewater Beach Resort. Awesome view! Enjoyed the heated pool & hot tubs. Oceans Bar & Grill was also great! Sandy was very quick to respond to any of our issues & questions. Would highly recommend a stay here!

Wonderful

This condo is very clean and nicely decorated. The view is spectacular. Check in & out procedures are easy and convenient. The host Sandy is very prompt and friendly. I would definitely stay here again when visiting PCB.

Beautiful Room

This room is exactly as pictured! Super clean and all new furnishings. The bedroom is huge with a firm mattress. Sandy was super sweet and great with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again.

Great views, location, amenities

The views from this condo are amazing. First condo we’ve ever stayed at that had beach views from the master bedroom. It was amazing to open my eyes in the morning and the first thing I see is the beach. Since it was on the 3rd floor, if we didn’t feel like waiting on the elevators, we could easily take the stairs. Having access to multiple pools on the property made it easy to avoids crowds. It was our first time at Edgewater and we could tell it wasn’t so much of a party crowd like it usually is at other resorts. It was much more family friendly. They had entertainment on different days, which was fun. We got airbrush T-shirts made at the airbrush shop downstairs. That was very convenient. Having the restaurant onsite was convenient, too. We very rarely left the resort. The owner was very accommodating and responded extremely quickly to my every text. It was very clear that they cared about our experience and we really appreciate the owner being so nice. Overall it was a great experience, zero complaints. I’d stay at this condo again.

Happy in PCB

The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how wonderful the condo smelled! The second thing was the beautiful views from the living room and bedroom. This condo was perfect for our family of four.

We have owned various condos at Edgewater Beach Resort for close to 20 years. We fell in love with the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. When this condo became available on the 3rd floor, we decided it was the perfect location for ourselves as well as our guests. The oversized bedroom and private balcony sealed the decision.

The huge lagoon pool is the most beautiful in Panama City Beach--with a full service restaurant with superb food and an incredible array of cocktails from a full bar right beside it--a 9-hole golf course, Surf Shop, pizza place, Starbucks and more, there is no other resort in PCB that is comparable to Edgewater.
