Sellicks Beach offers an idyllic and serene seaside experience. From the moment you arrive at ‘Yarlu’ you will be in holiday mode.

Yarlu is located in an enviable position, with gorgeous coastal and hills views, and is just two minutes’ walk to the beach. Enjoy the sound of breaking waves, while you sit back on the balcony with a coffee or wine. Sunsets from here are a pretty special and a lovely way to end your day.

Yarlu offers a comfortable and stylish whole house experience. The stunning entrance has polished concrete flooring and a welcoming feel. Take the timber stairs to the upper level and you will find the light, spacious and relaxed living areas.

The Jag kitchen is equipped with quality cooking and dinnerware for eating at home. A barbeque on the balcony extends your dining options. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a pod coffee machine and a dishwasher.

The dining table is perfect for up to 10 people and the dining area is an ideal space for setting up a laptop, if you absolutely have to work!

The living area has a 3-seater leather sofa, an oversized comfy lounge chair, occasional chairs and floor cushions. If you tire of watching the sun glistening on the ocean from this perfectly oriented living space (unlikely), there is a wall-mounted smart TV.

French doors open out to an enclosed balcony, which extends the living space and lets the ocean air in.

Back downstairs, there are three spacious and comfortable bedrooms which offer individual climate control and generous storage.

Bedroom 1 - king size bed with large walk-in robe and en-suite. Wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan and reverse cycle split system.

Bedroom 2 - king size bed or split to 2 king singles and large walk-in robe. Wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan and reverse cycle split system.

Bedroom 3 - King size bed or split to 2 king singles. Well-equipped built-in robes. Wall mounted smart TV, ceiling fan and reverse cycle split system.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 enjoy rear garden views.

All beds are made with quality linen.

There are 2.5 bathrooms, all equipped with quality towels.

A powder room on the upper level.

The laundry provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a clothesline in the rear garden.

The private rear garden has a lawn area, fish cleaning station and outdoor shower for washing of the salt and sand after a day on the beach.

Feel like some sun and surf? Wander down to the beach and set up for the day or enjoy long walks south along the beach to the rolling hills range, or north to Silver Sands & Aldinga Beach. Sellicks is a popular spot for families and is also a great place for surf fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding when the conditions are right. Sellicks Beach is a drive-on beach (for a small fee in peak season), making it a great spot for a fuss-free family gathering.

Need something a little more active? Head up to the fabulous dirt bike park directly above the beach where kids (and big kids) love to ride and test out their skills. There is also a basketball/tennis/netball/soccer court a short stroll from the house.

At only 53 km’s from the CBD, this gorgeous home is the perfect place to take off to, even at short notice and when time off is tight.
