Quiet neighborhood on corner lot with a 16x32 inground heated pool and new salt water hot tub. Outdoor bar with hammock and a big covered deck. Lots of space for fun! Inside there is 5 bedrooms with 2 King beds and 3 queen beds. Projection screen tv in living room. A cozy kitchen and dining space with fresh coffee!

THE SPACE:
This home has an in ground pool and hot tub. You must agree to the liability and waiver form vrbo provides. We will not be held responsible for anything that happens regarding that. So please rent and swim at your own risk. Property safety and signage is around the inside and outside of the home plus booklet. Along with rules regarding the pool and hot tub. *** Remember this is a business and a home we would love lots of people to enjoy. House rules must be followed. If you do not like the quiet times or pool/hot tub hours or no party rules that are set in place then please don’t rent this home*** Pool open from May 1st - October1st

Downstairs basement has a one bedroom brand new suite that is also a running air bnb and available for rental if you need more space. It has its own separate entrance and yard so you will not have to share any of your space with anyone including pool and hot tub if it happens to be rented at the time. Very private.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:

Available anytime I am just a call away. However paid hosts live nearby and manage, clean and maintain the home. own separate entrance and yard so you will not have to share any of your space with them including pool and hot tub.

GUEST ACCESS:
Front door had a key code pad so you can check in nice and easy!

Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
NO parties, if by law shuts you down appropriate fines will be applied. Please don’t wreck it for others.
There is a fenced area separate from the yard/pool as well where you can keep your dog
No smoking cigarettes
Animals are okay if cleared with hostess prior
Treat this home as if it were your own please :)

Garage is not accessible to renters.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Great quiet neighborhood. Just a walk down the street to get to the Brock rec center or the park! There is also a neighborhood convenience store close by and only 5 minutes away from Kamloops golf course and airport!

GETTING AROUND:

We are situated right beside a bus stop so easy to transit around if you do not have a vehicle. However if you do, we have a ton of parking available for either vehicles, rv's, boats or trailers.
