Bring yourself and family or friends to our place for work, adventure or to relax. All newly professionally renovated lower suite 950 square feet of usable area inside. Our place can accommodate 1 to 4 people comfortably. 2 TVs with movie channels, Wi-Fi, electric control recliner couch, folded down bed curtained off and lots of closet space. If there is something you need please ask we will do our best to accommodate you.

The space
Large private bedroom with hall entrance and a pocket door leading to large family room with recliner and fold out bed. Lots of closet space, full kitchen with cookware, table and chairs. Bathroom has a 3ft x 4ft shower with a corn seat, large shared laundry . Entrance in front and back door to covered area. Outside space still in design stage but usable. Very roomy place with easy access to other rooms.
Guest access
Guest can come in front or back door, but front more convenient. Inside the house there are 2 entrances to suite main one leading to kitchen area and hallway, the other to living room/ spare room. Also inside there is separate hallway access to bathroom, backdoor and kitchen from living room and bedroom. All photo's show accessible areas inside.
Other things to note
I would like all to know that we just bought this place late 2022 and have been renovating. The total suite is complete and your usable areas inside. I am still adjusting exterior and some upstairs in spare time, but promise we will not inconvenience your stay by making unnecessary noise. We have a newer member to our household, last year (Cricket) a Shepard/ Rottweiler cross 2 yrs old rescue dog. Growing but still like a puppy and will bark protectively at 1st but warms up to everyone once introduced. She does not bite. We also have a 11 year old cat (Scar) that loves people (most days) but has her boundaries. Neither will ever go into your suite.
