Located 3 short blocks from the Elora Mill this charming studio apartment is located in the heart of Elora, across from Bissell Park.
The Studio Apartment is in a separate, private building at the back of the property which has a private entrance, private front deck and private garden area along with a parking spot for one vehicle.
The wifi has recently been upgraded to the EERO mesh system to help connect you to work and leisure activities.
Bissell Park, located directly across the road, has a boardwalk along the Grand River you can stroll with your morning coffee.

Sophie was wonderful, even checking we made it through an ice storm!The cottage is fantastic, very cozy, quiet and has everything you need. It is also two blocks from downtown Elora. Definitely stay again sometime

Great location for winter or summer travel. The space is perfect for a couple and has everything you could possibly need. Communication with Sophie was amazing. She often reached out to offer advice/provide details without being asked. You can see and feel the pride she takes in hosting.

Another fantastic stay! The studio is just as special as the Victorian. Comfortable bed, amazing shower and a fully equipped kitchen. We especially appreciated the cozy outdoor spaces. Our host Sophie was so accommodating and friendly. This is a fantastic home away from home in the prettiest village in Ontario.

Very nice studio with beautiful gardens. It's a perfect location within walking distance to the town. Very clean and owner is very accomodating. I would stay here again.

Fantastic studio close to everything in Elora

We had a awesome stay at the Studio apartment which had a fabulous shower and everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. Relaxing space inside and outside the studio. We enjoyed that it was within walking distance of a park to walk the dogs and restaurants, coffee shops and food shopping.

Sophie's Studio Apartment in Elora was fabulous! it had everything we needed and more. The space was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. She thought of everything, and then some. We enjoyed sitting on the porch at night after a day exploring the area. Shops and restaurants were easily walkable and Sophie very helpful suggesting what to see and do. We'll be back!

Amazingly Cozy and Welcoming!

The entire stay was wonderful, the studio was exceptionally clean and cozy. Being so close to the downtown area allowed us to walk everywhere and really enjoy Elora. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

peaceful, cozy getaway

a very nice, comfortable, cozy studio in a great location. It is close to restaurants, the main street in the village, a hiking trail and a lovely little riverside park. All the amenities are provided, including dog supplies, cooking supplies, a nice shower with soap and shampoo etc. Really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to returning in each season (spring, summer, fall and winter) in 2025!

Beautiful Elora Getaway

My family had an incredible stay. The studio was clean, artistically decorated and had everything we needed. It is a short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The garden and private patio area make the stay so relaxing. We hope to be back again soon.

The Studio is an airy welcoming space, well appointed and the shower water pressure is excellent. We stayed in early June, and in the late afternoon sun from a large round window scattered little mini rainbows across a wall. The property is expertly landscaped with places to sit and whimsical touches like a fairytale wrought iron gate. The host offered timely and helpful suggestions about things to do. The location is fantastic, close to the heart of the action but with just enough distance to be a retreat. It’s also across from a park with good foot access to the river and a farmer’s market on Saturday mornings which we happened to overlap with. Absolutely no hesitation about staying there again.

Perfect location

Perfect location, close to town, sites, gorge, a park to walk my dog. Couldnt ask forca better spot. Host very sweet and friendly. Took me for a walk to see where the gorge was and a few places in town. Charming home.

Beautiful Garden Studio

This was such a beautifully quaint studio with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was wonderful. Check in and check in couldn't be easier. Elora is an absolutely beautiful little town that we loved exploring.

We loved our stay in the clean and comfortable Studio Apartment. A french press, hooks to hang clothing on, a shaving mirror, and small printed labels are just a few of the thoughtful details Sophie has included. Definitely a welcoming space we will book again.

I've lived in the sweet village of Elora for over 30 years and raised my daughter in our historical Victorian home. I'm a portrait photographer by trade as well as an avid gardener. Creating inviting spaces both indoors and in the garden is one of my visual passions that I hope you will be able to enjoy.

The Private Studio is a totally separate building from my home and is walking distance to everything downtown. The Elora Mill, Bissell Park with the Saturday morning Elora Market, the Elora Centre for the Arts with a lively calendar of events and the beautiful Elora Gorge.

So if you like to be in the hub of things, this is your spot to visit.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The Studio Apartment is a working photography studio that easily converts
into a spacious living environment with the help of a comfortable Queen size bed.
The barrel vaulted ceilings are 16 feet high and provide an airy feel inside 550 sq ft of well designed living/working space. A reading nook doubles as a space for a child to sleep as it is about the size of single bed and is quite comfortable.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans along with basic spices. Kettle, coffee press, toaster and smoothie maker are available along with serving set up for four.

Guests have full use of the newly built Pergola area in the back garden which was specifically designed for the Studio guests.
