This charming contemporary top floor 1 bedroom plus loft 1.5 bathroom

condominium in Mammoth Lakes California has been remodeled and renovated. Once

you arrive, put your car key's away and walk to restaurants, shops,

supermarket, movie theater and more. The Red Line shuttle bus stops right out

front so you can zip up to the slopes without the hassle of driving and

parking. The bus runs all day, so when you're done on the hill, they're there

to pick you up and take you home. Soak in the Jacuzzi, freshen up and you're

ready for a night of apres skiing in town. Great place, great location, great

fun, enjoy the pool (summer only) plus spa, BBQ, and laundry facilities onsite

plus 2 parking spaces only. This unit features a flatscreen Smart TV where you

can access all your favorite apps, BluRay DVD/CD Player, wood burning

fireplace and queen sleeper sofa in the living room, plus full bathroom. The

downstairs master features a Queen bed with ensuite half bathroom with shower

and sink only. The loft features a queen bed and two twin beds, plus a

flatscreen tv, DVD player and a PlayStation 2 - a great hang out space for the

kids! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club

to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness

facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two

parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free

to call our office for alternative options. This unit comes with High Speed

WIRELESS Internet Access and is Approx 900 Sq. Maximum occupancy: 6. Our

Great spot, close to the ice rink

This place worked out great for our family of 5. Lots of games to keep the kids entertained. Make sure to bring quarters for the laundry!

A great place for fall spring and winter

The location is perfect. New carpet and a very nicely appointed kitchen. I’ve stated a lot of rentals and this is one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve been to. And the plates silverware and glassware to serve a meal for 6 to 8 people easily. Nice pots and pans and serving bowls. This unit is not the ideal place to stay during summer as it gets rather warm. It is an upstairs unit so I felt safe enough to leave the windows to the bedroom open but the trash truck comes every other day at 7:15 so there’s no sleeping in. The loft gets extremely warm as there are no windows. There does seem to be an extensive use of extension cords throughout the property. The check in process and the property management service team were excellent. We had a very small issue with the TV and they sent someone out right away. He was polite and swift.

Sierra Manor #75 stay.

2 bedroom is actually a bedroom and a very spacious loft. Was a little surprised that one half bath was a sink and shower and not a toilet. Overall very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen is excellently stocked with utensils and pots and pans and even some spices and other necessities like coffee filters. It is a second floor unit, so stairs are the only way up. Parking was easy, but expected that at this early part of the season. Bottom line is, I would stay here again as large space and well stocked kitchen are very important to me.

Charming and Comfortable

We had a great experience. The condo was clean, cozy, and very conveniently located. We could walk to an array of restaurants and shops. The only small catch was that I hadn't realized the condo is on the second floor with outdoor, rustic stairs. That wasn't great for my elderly parents. Also, there are two showers and sinks, but only one toilet. This was probably in the unit description, but I missed it. Nonetheless, they managed and we had a great stay.

Clean condo, as pictured, convenient location

Condo was a 5 minute walk to the Vons. Easy parking. The board games were a nice touch. We played Sorry. Super convenient location. Would stay here again. Bring your own oil to cook with, because there was none when we stayed.

Great place to stay

The property is clean and well-appointed, as described in the website. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants and grocery store which made it very convenient. The property manager was very responsive when we found, at breakfast, that the coffee machine was broken. I called the office to let them know and, within the hour, delivered a brand new coffee maker. We are very pleased with the unit and will definitely stay here again.

Upon check in, the condo was nice and clean. Our family of 6 were comfortable during our stay. The location of the condo is great. Close to restaurants, Vons, and Eagle Lodge.

Not bad/not great

1)I assumed 1.5 bath meant 2 toilets but there was just 1.2)The heater didn't warm up the condo much3)The garbage disposal didn't work4)Bring your own wood or axe if you plan on using the fireplace5)Overall it was comfy. It served its purpose as we just used it as a place to sleep.

Smaller older condo with good location

Condo is smaller than it looks. It was okay for 3 people but the one toilet is a bit of a problem. Also the steps to the loft are steep. The overall appearance of the complex is poor but the location is good. Had a walkway outside to the other condos on the same level (second floor) which caused some noise. Bathroom and bedroom lacked heat. The heater was in the living room. The Jacuzzi had a partial cover which made it nice. The dishwasher looked new but it was difficult to start and very loud. You would not want to run it at night.

Excellent Experience

This is an excellent rental unit. Very clean, well-maintained and equipped with everything needed (kitchen equipment, board games, towels, etc) for an enjoyable stay. My family (2 adults, 2 kids) had such a nice vacation. We visit every Mammoth year-round and definitely plan to stay here again.

Mammoth trip 2018

We had a wonderful time on our Mammoth vacation. The condo was clean and well taken care of. It was such a nice touch that they provided a variety of board games, extra blankets for cuddling on the couch and complimentary firewood. My only complaint would be the wifi. We came up on a Thursday night and my husband and I were hoping to be able to do a little work on Friday. The wifi signal was so weak that we couldn't send any emails that had attachments. It would have been fine for a weekend getaway but it was slightly problematic on a Friday. All in all it was a great time.

Nice condo/Older complex

Condo worked well for the two of us and had a loft with two other beds, two showers, but only one toilet. Location is very close to Shady Rest where friends camped. Complex is older (many units appeared rented out full-time to locals) but pool and hot tubs were in good shape. Condo was not cleaned when we got there but problem was immediately and satisfactorily resolved. Condition of the condo is very nice. Up longer flight of stairs, and no balcony. We would stay there again. Rent through Mammoth Reservations to save VRBO service charge

Good for winter not for summer

It's a cozy place ideal for winter. It's in the first floor and pretty old but decently maintained. I wouldn't recommend it for summer. We had a tough time as the rooms got really hot. Property management staff was very hospitable and responsive. They sent us an extra fan on the very next day. This place is very close to the shops and bus routes.

Good place for the budget minded individual.

Property is a little older than other properties. Close to all shops and local restaurants in the old town area. Inside of the property was well kept and clean.

Definitely a home away from home

What a wonderful place. Our previous rental was cancelled last minute due to flooding. We contacted the management and received access the same day. What a relief!! The place is well furnished with cooking supplies and enough room for two couples to have a wonderful trip. Close to a shuttle stop and the town. Definitely will come back again!!

Not a true 1.5 bathroom

The location of the condo is great. Just know it is on the second floor and a bit difficult to locate if arriving at night. The description stated 1.5 bathrooms. There are 2 showers but only one toilet. The internet was also down for the duration of our stay. The walls are really thin and neighbors are easily heard. For the amount of money we paid I think we will stay somewhere else next time. Overall the place was clean.
