This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is located in the ideal friendly family spot!

Just 100 yards from the Mammoth Creek park, you can fish the creek, use the

playground or picnic at the tables or large grassy area or enjoy the Mammoth

Community Rec Zone or LA Kings Ice that offers a host of activities and year-

round recreation opportunities. Just a short walk across the street and you

are at Vons, shops, restaurants, and the movie theatre! The Chateau Blanc

complex also offers a large outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything you

need to keep your little ones entertained. Inside the unit features floor to

ceiling windows, wood-burning stove and vaulted ceilings. The full kitchen has

stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with everything needed to

prepare family meals. The living room features a comfortable large sectional

and large flat screen TV with DVD player, complimentary WiFi, and unobstructed

views of the Sherwin mountains. The upper deck also offers a place to soak up

the mountain views, enjoy the outdoor seating. The master bedroom has a queen

bed. There is a home office space with workspace so you can work/school

remotely. The second bedroom on the lower level has a queen bed with Smart TV,

with the third bedroom featuring three twin beds, Smart TV. This condo sleeps

a maximum of 7 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. Guests will be

provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is

allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. There are no

stairs to this unit, two levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted.

The Mammoth Rec Zone offers EV charging stations, and access to walking /

biking paths around town. The red line shuttle runs on Chateau Road offering

free shuttle access around town. PLEASE NOTE: There is no access to laundry

facilities in the unit or at the complex. Our calendar is updated in real

Beautiful home!

We had a great time at this rental! The view of the mountains are great, lots of space for the 8 of us. My only concern is that the water tank is small so we had to take quick hot showers or waited in between. But overall a good stay for a big group. Close to everything and easily accessible.

Awesome winter condo

Very spacious condo and well equipped kitchen. Very close location to Vons and all the restaurants in that area. Nice unobstructed views of the mountains to the south and kiddie park right next door with access to walking, running, and biking paths that go around town. The queen beds are small but this place is clean.

The best!!

We have used Mammoth Sierra Reservations for several years now and have never been disappointed. The condos are always clean and well supplied. Reservations are easy and you can arrive late and your keys are there ready for you. I highly recommend them for your next trip to Mammoth.

The condo was perfect in every way. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was clean, spacious, and close to everything! The location was perfect and there's plenty of room for everyone. Bring extra towels as you only get 1 per guest.

Family Snowboarding Trip

I am very pleased with the entire experience. The condo was amazing and the entire staff (from the office to the gentlemen plowing the packing lot) were friendly and professional. The Condo was clean, spacious, and in a very convenient location in regards to the resorts. Highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Great location, good size

Great location. Bigger than we ended up needing, but cheaper than some of the smaller options in the area. However, there was a nasty smell coming from the kitchen sink. Not sure what it was, maybe some old milk in the drains or something. But the beds were comfortable. Shower could have been cleaner.

Chateau Blank # 25

We all really enjoyed our visit. The two children, 10 and 7, loved the park next door and the pool when we finished our hiking and fishing. The rooms all worked out perfect, and we appreciated all the kitchen supplies.

Great accommodations for a fantastic stay at Mammoth Lakes

Great accommodations, very comfortable for 6 adults. The condo was really centrally located and easy to get all restaurants, shopping areas and gas stations. Parking at the condo was really great, especially for three vehicles. And to make it was an end unit with great views of the mountains around Mammoth Lakes. We would definitely rebook another fantastic vacation there. Thank you for a great time!

Summer 2018 Family vacation

We’ve been vacationing in Mammoth Lakes for 26 years and check in was quick and easy. The unit itself was a bit dated and had a musty odor as if it hadn’t been aired out. It was relatively clean minus some stains on the carpet. The upstairs rooms collect the heat of a the day and stay warm even with windows open, a fan would’ve been helpful. The refrigerator took a very long time to get cold enough to store our food. I chose the location due to its proximity to the park so I can get my grandson out there whenever possible but what I didn’t count on was the activities at the park after dark. It’s seems to be a hangout for some locals playing loud music and extremely loud conversations well in to the morning. We had to call authorities at 1:00 am on one occasion to help clear out the individuals and allow us to get some rest. I will not return to this unit.

Condo in Mammoth

This property needs upgrades but is comfortable for a few day stay. Many of the lights were not working in the bedrooms. Kitchen utensils and amenities need an update. Perfect location next to the park. Also within walking distance to Vons and movie theater.

The Condo was just OK !

The condo was fine. Quite older decor. My only real problem with this place was even with the few upstairs windows open, it was still WARM inside. This place could really use a ceiling fan AT THE VERY LEAST in the living room, but would be even better with one in all the bedrooms too. Just my suggestion for the owners !

Location was very good, close to Von's centrally located, odd layout with living room, kitchen upstairs was disappointed in the large 8-10 inch stain on the living room carpet. property quite dated the seat cushions on the kitchen table were torn and old and was not informed there was NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! Yes I'm aware it's cooler up there but it was hot during the day. Need to provide more bath towels. It was fairly reasonable but a little underwhelming

We Love Chateau Blanc #25, It has an amazing view. The beds are too hard but we put up with that. Maybe they could put memory foam on them very inexpensive way to soften a bit.
