Escape to the mountains in this cozy 1-bedroom + loft, 2-bathroom condo,

perfect for couples or families up to 6. This inviting home features a

spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, a large Smart TV, WiFi, and a

wood-burning fireplace for cozy evenings in. The fully equipped kitchen boasts

stainless steel appliances and opens to a dining area that seats 6, with 3

additional seats at the bar. The primary bedroom offers a queen bed, Smart TV,

and private vanity, while the upstairs loft includes two more queen beds, a

TV, and shared full bathroom. A queen sofa bed in the living room adds extra

sleeping space. Guests enjoy complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club,

featuring an indoor heated pool, sauna, fitness center, and more. Located on

the shuttle line for easy lift access and is walking distance to retail,

dining and grocery options. This two-level condo includes two outdoor parking

spaces, if more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call

our office for alternative options. There are 15 steps to this unit, 2 levels

inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real

good location but condo requires some upkeep

Condo was located close to free shuttle lines and local Vons. Accommodations were adequate and convenient with community Spa and game room. Condo itself was tired. Upstairs blinds require replacement in bath room and bedroom. Down stairs blinds also require replacement. Upstairs bathroom has No shelving or any place to set toiletries on. Upstairs Shower stall is very very small. The upstairs should have some sort of safety railings to insure children/adults do not fall off loft. Parking was adequate.

Everything too small

Tired and old. Tiny hot water capacity, small bedrooms, loft has low ceiling, small toilets, small kitchen. Poor lighting. Unit is a 1970s condo that may photograph well, but is tired and old. We paid top dollar for this unit, and it didn't come close to a fair value proposition. Worst condo I've rented in Mammoth in over 30 years of renting.

Horizons 4 # 120

This is one of the older condo complexes in Mammoth and while clean and functional, the furnishings are, shall we say, "dated". The only thing lacking was sufficient kindleing for fireplace starting. I did have to reset one of the bedroom closet doors back on it's track, and three of the vertical louvers on the dining area window had fallen down and were laying on the sill. For our next Mammoth trip, we will look for a different place, but if unable to find one, we might well stay here again.

The location of our condo was excellent, one bedroom and a loft, close to restaurants, lakes, the Village, biking and hiking trails, the views are breathtaking, we have been coming to Mammoth for over 50 years and if you love to ski you cannot beat Mammoth during the winter season.

Great experience all around. Picked up keys with no issue. Condo was clean, exactly as described, quiet area, right in middle of town. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Would stay here again.

Perfect layout for 3 couples going together. Even optimal if you have a set of little kids who could sleep on a queen pull out. Close to everything. Clean. And parking was easy to find.

Our family of five recently stayed at this cute condo. We enjoyed ourselves so much and had plenty of room for all of us. Our only regret was we wish we would have stayed a little longer.

We went up with the family-2 teenage boys. We enjoyed staying in this condo for the weekend. I always look for separate beds for the boys. The condo was very comfortable.

OK condo but terrible customer service.

No light in the bathroom. Customer service was disappointing. Service guy put in a 40W bulb and light was very dim. He was rude when we asked for a brighter bulb and just left. Had to wait until the next day to get a higher wattage bulb. Sane bulb burned out two days later as we were leaving. Upstairs shower lighting not the best either. I will be staying somewhere else next time.

Excellent rental property

This unit worked great for our 3 day stay. Very comfortable and cozy. Much better than hotel!Close to south end of town which is what we wanted. Restaurants, markets, movie theater, etc. within walking distance. Easy key pick-up/drop off.

Hard to find Unit Number

Unit numbers are tucked back in the shadows, so hard to find. It'd be a big help to have numbers on building corners. Loft beds were lumpy. Overall a good place.
