This beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath home spans two levels and features

a spacious, thoughtfully designed floor plan with tasteful upgrades

throughout. With gondola views and an unbeatable location, it’s the perfect

mountain retreat for multiple families or groups. The main level offers an

open-concept living area with a cozy gas fireplace, ideal for relaxing after a

day on the slopes or trails. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything

needed to prepare meals with ease, while the dining area seats eight

comfortably with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Also on this level

is a bedroom with a queen bed and access to a shared full bathroom with a

walk-in shower. Downstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms along with a

private washer and dryer for added convenience. The primary suite features a

king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third

bedroom includes a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids or

larger groups with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. This home comfortably

accommodates up to 10 guests and is ideal for family gatherings or group

getaways. Located in the desirable Mammoth Estates community, this condo

offers an ideal year-round getaway in one of the best locations in town. Just

one block from The Village and the Village Gondola, you’ll enjoy easy access

to dining, shopping, nightlife and the slopes while still tucked away from the

crowds. A convenient shuttle stop located across the street makes getting

around town effortless. Whether you're visiting in the winter for skiing and

snowboarding or in the summer for hiking, mountain biking, and outdoor

adventures, this home is the perfect base for your Mammoth stay. On-site

amenities include a year-round hot tub and sauna, recreation room, and laundry

facilities. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool.

Your stay also includes complimentary access to Snowcreek Athletic Club & Spa,

Mammoth’s premier fitness and recreation facility. Amenities include an indoor

heated pool, steam room, sauna, full fitness center, yoga, Pilates, and

cycling studios, as well as racquetball and basketball courts. In the summer,

guests can also take advantage of the outdoor pool, along with tennis and

pickleball courts. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking

is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for

The pet fee is already included in your reservation total if you are bringing

1 pet only. Additional pets must be approved on a case by case basis. If a

Excellent!

We chose this unit for a family gathering mainly because it sits so many in the living room. I was really pleased to find that it's in a really quiet place, no roads going by it. Everything works, the beds are nice and dealing with Mammoth Reservations is WAY better (spelled: more human) than dealing with a mega site (you know that one).

Whether it’s great snow not so great snow or spring snow we always enjoy our time. This year the condo was nice but it was dirty the first time that’s happened to us. The actual management company phenomenal. Very nice very professional.

Loved it!!

We had a great visit! The rental was spacious enough for our family group that came to stay together. Our dog had a blast staying with us as well! The place was clean and organized and close to all the essentials in town. Parking was easy and check in was very straight forward. We stayed over Labor Day weekend so unfortunately the neighbors decided to be really loud and party until 3 am, so I wasn't sure if there was a number to call for noise complaint in the condo complex. Obviously that issue is outside of anyone's control and not the owners fault at all. We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to stay again sometime!
