Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to five guests with two bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the lounge. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, bathtub with shower, and heated floor. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the lounge includes a sofa bed for added flexibility. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity, and heated floor supports the space.
Living spaces

Positioned beside Merlin’s Run, the property offers ski access to the Blackcomb Gondola during the winter season. The Upper Village setting provides a peaceful base within a short walk or free shuttle ride to Whistler Village, where dining, shops, and seasonal activities await. With its direct connection to the mountain and a warm interior to return to, this condo offers a comfortable place to enjoy Whistler throughout the colder months.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.
The Neighborhood:
The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

Other Things to Note:
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.
• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.
• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
