The Space:

The snow-dusted slopes of Blackcomb rise just beyond the windows as soft winter light fills the living space. You step inside from the crisp mountain air, peel off your layers, and settle in by the gas fireplace while flakes drift quietly outside. Evenings here are made for warm drinks, relaxed conversations, and watching the mountain settle into night.



This entire condo at Woodrun Lodge 417 offers a comfortable mountain base with true ski-in/ski-out access beside Merlin’s Run. Set in Whistler’s Upper Village, the location keeps you close to the Blackcomb Gondola while still feeling tucked into the landscape. Winter days begin and end on the mountain, with easy access to lifts and a straightforward return back to the lodge when the snow calls it a day.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to five guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a TV, generous closet space, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity, bathtub with shower, and heated floor. The second bedroom includes two twin beds. An additional sleeping option is available in the living area. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower, single vanity, and heated floor serves the rest of the space.



Living area

The bright, corner-unit layout creates a welcoming place to unwind. The lounge is arranged for evenings in, with comfortable seating, a large TV, and a gas fireplace that adds warmth on snowy nights. From here, the private balcony offers mountain views and a quiet place to pause between adventures.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen supports easy meals at home, whether you’re preparing breakfast before first chair or winding down with dinner after a day on the slopes. The dining table seats four, with additional seating at the breakfast bar, making it simple for everyone to gather.



Amenities & building features

Guests have access to shared amenities at Woodrun Lodge, including an outdoor saltwater pool heated year-round, a hot tub, and a gym. The building also offers an elevator, underground parking, and building staff available around the clock. Secure shared ski and bike storage is provided, and in-suite laundry adds convenience for longer stays.



Location & access

From the lodge, it’s just a short walk or a quick free shuttle ride to Whistler Village, where dining, shopping, and après-ski options await. The Upper Village setting keeps you close to the mountain while offering a relaxed atmosphere once the lifts close for the day.



Whether your days are spent carving fresh snow or enjoying quiet fireside evenings, Woodrun Lodge 417 balances comfort, access, and a true sense of being on the mountain.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.



Getting Around:

• Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

• 2-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

• 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

• A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units. Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.
