We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and in a great neighborhood for walking our dog. The A/C worked but had a little trouble keeping up during the hottest part of the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this home!

Our team has assessed the air conditioning, and it is fully operational. We think there might have been some confusion because the A/C for the house is centrally controlled by the Nest unit upstairs. We have made updates so that this information is clearer for future stays. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Beautiful property

Was a great house!! Clean, comfortable, and inviting. Close to Falmouth to get the ferry, close to Hyannis for dinner. Several great restaurants nearby!

Family get together for memorial service

This property worked perfect for us. The location was very convenient and the property was very comfortable to live in both inside and out on the deck and by the firepit. Very quiet and safe neighborhood.

Really Beautiful

My family of 6 and our little dog stayed here on our vacation to the cape. Everything was spotless upon our arrival and looked just like the photos. In a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, close enough to activities but far enough for privacy. Keyless check-in/out was super easy. Hosts communicated very well and left amenities for us to use, from beach chairs to travel guides. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

We came to Cape Cod for a golf tournament and we were thrilled with the accommodations this home provided. The house is beautiful, the furniture was very comfortable and exactly as described. We had the fire pit going after golf and really enjoyed our stay. We hope to come back next year. Thank you.

Sandwich

The day we entered the heat was set to 55 degrees and took over 2 hours to get to 68. The Nest thermostat was locked for the first 2 nights at 51 degrees and didn’t unlock until 7:00 am. Once the company received the email -2 days due to holiday, it was corrected. Overall the house was nice, but the blue sofa needs updating (both corners are terrible) and the kitchen is understocked. The second living room was very comfortable but didn’t have cable, so we primarily used the other room. Overall the house was clean, only complaint is both shower curtains needed cleaning and the refrigerator water filter needed changing right from the start.
