Wonderful property

This house is fantastic. The kitchen is great, bed rooms are large, common spaces are fantastic for hanging out. Great location for accessing the beach, shopping, and the park.

Beautiful house, all as advertised. We were easily able to accommodate 12 people and had plenty of space. Very clean and all updated. The proximity to beach access was an added benefit. Highly recommend.

A lot of space for fun & a super short walk to the beach. They provide bikes for a short ride to many restaurants & shops.

Wonderful home steps from the beach

My family loved staying at this home in Hilton Head! My young kids absolutely loved the pool and hot tub. Adults all loved having their own bedroom/bathroom with plenty of room to hang out as a group. Very close to the beach!

Two times a charm

Liked it so well in 2024, l booked it again for 2025 family vacation. Bed and bath for everyone and a kitchen table to easily seat 12 with a short walk to the beach w/o crossing a road. It’s all there.

5 Minute Walk to Beach

Quick walk to the beach, ensuite bathroom on each bedroom, can walk to town or is within the range to have the Hilton Head Trolley take you to and from the house. Overall, a great stay! Only downsides, mattresses were a bit uncomfortable and most of the furniture you could tell was very cheap.

The home was beautiful and just perfect for our family of 12. The parking may be an issue if you have more than two oversized vehicles. A Honda Odyssey mini van just barely got through the garage door with the mirrors folded. A large SUV fills the driveway. Location to beach and Coligny was an easy walk or bike ride. I would consider this property again.

The great escape

We had a great escape down South from up North. Two families for five days in one amazing house two blocks from the beach! This was a great house with sooo much room for everyone to spread out. A warm pool and hot tub. It was great. We would all take this same trip again in a heartbeat. Very responsive hosts will help with every detail.

Great house!

The house was perfect for my family's Christmas trip. Lots of room and the set up was ideal. A couple of minor issues that were taken care of immediately with no inconvenice to us. Highly recommend the house and especially the house!

We enjoyed the house, the pool, the hot tub, the garage area game room and the bikes. Walking to the beach was easy and very close. My only negative is the pods (not sure what’s in these things) under the rims of the pool and hot tub and around the outside sitting area, wasn’t sure why this couldn’t be removed before guest arrive. I even took a picture of them, thought I’d attached to this review but not sure how to do that. Great place to stay, easy walking to shops too.

Worth repeating!

House was superior to any that we have rented. Now that family is older, having a private bath for each couple and a private bath for each bedroom was superb. The house looked fresh and clean with bicycles, beach cart, ping pong table on site. The twin door SubZero frig/ freezer was super having 12 hungry/thirsty family members for the week. The great room space and furniture on the first and second floor was great for playing family games. We liked the house and the location so much we decided to reserve the house for next year’s family gathering.

Hot tub was not warm enough. But we had an issue with the chlorine, chemicals questionable. On the first day, a pool service person came by, asked my nephew if there was a pool at the property. He had to show him where the pool was located. My niece's daughter skin broke out, her blond hair turned green. The second pool person came by a couple of days later, stated the chemicals were off, he would come back in a day to place a magnet in the skimmer to remove the copper from the water. Never saw another pool person. It got so bad for my niece's daughter that she ended up going to urgent care to get medication to reduce the itching as the cortisone cream was not helping. Please check with the pool service company to better monitor the water condition. A small issue, when trying to make a cup of coffee in the morning, the outlets in the kitchen went dead. Tried to reset the GFI but did not work, so I went up to the laundry room and reset the circuit (#5 breaker) Please have an electrician look at the outlets/circuit. Could have better instructions on how to use the elevator, did not know had to close the sliding door before using it. Other than that the property was nice, plenty of room. Would rent again!

Please know that we are addressing this matter directly with our pool service provider to ensure more consistent monitoring, proper chemical balance, and improved communication moving forward. We also appreciate you bringing the electrical issue in the kitchen to our attention. While we are glad you were able to restore power, this is certainly not something a guest should have to troubleshoot during their stay. Our maintenance team would have had a licensed electrician inspect the outlets and circuit to ensure everything is functioning safely and reliably. Additionally, thank you for the note regarding the elevator instructions. We agree that clearer guidance would be helpful, and we will work on improving the instructions provided to guests to avoid any confusion in the future. Despite these concerns, we are glad to hear that you found the property spacious and enjoyable overall, and we truly appreciate your willingness to stay with us again. Extended Family Spring Break

We loved our vacation and this house made it even better! We had 8 year olds, teens, adults and grandparents for a week- there was so much space, especially in the living areas, to spread out and be comfortable. The bedrooms were ample and able to give everyone a private bath. Everything was clean, decorated nicely, equipped, and comfortable. We also loved the location. Our teens rode bikes every day and got their own lunch. We biked to restaurants, bars and the Piggly Wiggly, very convenient. Easy walk to the beach and loved riding bikes the house provided on the beach. The night owls enjoyed the basement games and space while upstairs was quiet. Great house all around- we hope to come back! Thank you for making it easy for us!

Wedding Party

We stayed here with our entire wedding party. The house was great other then losing hot water the day of the wedding and it taking a couple hours for someone to fix it. Great house. We loved that there was a bathroom in every bedroom.

We had an excellent experience. Accurate, timely info ahead of time. Well laid out and stocked home. Clean. Spacious. Only room for improvement might be mattresses. A few in our group said theirs were ‘soft’ and/or ‘lumpy’. Would rent again without hesitation.

16 family members had an enjoyable time at 52 N. Forest Beach . Very open and plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed the large kitchen and eating area where we could all sit together and enjoy dinner. Very clean and owner and manager were a pleasure to work with. Had a few minor issues and Vacation Company dealt with those in a very timely manner. They really go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Plenty of games to keep kids and adults busy. Corn hole and ladder golf were enjoyed by all. The 4 bikes that came with the house were an added plus and used every day on the various bike paths and to go into town for supplies. Felt very safe in letting the 4 teenagers ride to Coligny for ice cream or shopping etc. Had great meals at Redfish and Lowcountry. Teenagers loved Rita’s Ice!!! Took younger kids to the Pirate Cruise and crabbing. Teenagers and adults played a lot of Putt Putt and did some paddle- boarding. A few of us also did the 5k run at Palmetto Dunes on Wednesday’s. Had a great time and would recommend to friends and family. Only suggestion I would have , would be to put a dresser in the bedroom with the two double- beds.
