Park City Mountain's Sunrise Run is about ten steps from the back door. At the end of the day, ski straight back to the residence.



This entire-floor penthouse at Apex Residences sits on the ridge in upper Canyons Village. At 3,220 square feet, it centers on a double-height great room with mountain and valley views. All five bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the covered slopeside deck has a private hot tub for eight. The layout works especially well for two or three families skiing together.

TRUE SKI-IN/SKI-OUT

Sunrise Run sits directly outside the back door, providing access to Park City Mountain's Canyons Village terrain and lift network.

No road to cross, shuttle to wait for, or base-area parking to navigate before skiing.



On the way home, Sunrise Run brings you back to the residence, with a second slope-access door positioned beside the private ski room. Skis and winter equipment stay near the mountain entrance rather than moving through the living areas.

For newer skiers who prefer to start from the village base, complimentary Canyons Village Connect service is available during the winter season.

Boot and glove dryers keep equipment dry, organized, and ready for the next morning.



THE RESIDENCE

The great room features double-height ceilings, expansive windows, mountain and valley views, and a substantial stone fireplace.

The kitchen features high-end appliances including a Wolf range top with signature red knobs, double wall ovens, and Sub-Zero refrigeration. A waterfall-edge stone island and full-height stone backsplash complete the main kitchen.



A separate butler's pantry adds prep space and storage, along with an espresso machine and drip coffee makers.



Integrated smart-home controls manage lighting, roller shades, and climate throughout the penthouse.

CANYONS VILLAGE + GETTING AROUND

Apex Residences is located slopeside in upper Canyons Village at Park City Mountain.



During the winter season, complimentary on-demand Canyons Village Connect service provides transportation within the village, including access to restaurants, shops, and the base area.



A car is not required to ski from the residence. Historic Main Street is about 10–15 minutes away by car, and you'll need transportation for destinations outside Canyons Village.



PARKING + ARRIVAL

One assigned garage parking space is included immediately beside the elevator entrance.

The elevator runs from the garage to the residence's floor, making arrival with luggage and ski equipment straightforward.



If your group is bringing more than one vehicle, contact us before arrival so we can review additional parking options.
