Un condominio primer piso cómodo en la orilla del río Resort con una vista maravillosa del río. Ingrese a un pasillo que conduce a un dormitorio con dos camas individuales y una pequeña televisión. Justo fuera de la habitación es un baño completo. El centro del condominio tiene las amplias áreas de concepto abierto de vida, comedor y cocina con muchos asientos, televisión con DVD y una chimenea de leña. La cubierta se accede desde la sala de estar y ofrece un gran lugar para sentarse y observar el caudal del río por. El dormitorio principal está en el lado opuesto de la sala de estar y tiene una cama de matrimonio, televisión y baño privado en suite.

We love the location, the condo was perfect for us. It would be nice if the master bed had a summer blanket/spread instead of the heavy winter one. Other than that we loved it!

Great Location!

Located right in the middle of a sweet little town with easy access to lots of White Mountains activities. The condo was spacious for the 4 of us. Parking was easy and close by. Could’ve been cleaner. For instance, there was some leftover toothpaste on the bathroom cabinet and bathroom rugs were musty. Great for people who like hard mattresses. It has good heat but blankets needed to be switched out for winter weather and there were not enough pillows. We would stay here again for the location, but would clarify the above needs before booking.

Great weekend away!

Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, we couldn't stop raving about how comfortable the couch and recliner chairs were! Having coffee and breakfast directly riverside was the high light of the stay, perfect location! Loon Reservation was excellent to deal with, check in/out was very easy. 100% we're staying here in the future for another guys weekend!

Great condo to use as base camp for hiking

Great Location, Great Condo!

My husband and I stayed 4 nights here with our 8 year old son. The condo is exceptionally clean. The living area comfy, and view of the river was beautiful. This property includes access to Ladies Bathtub, which is a great swimming hole. We went there almost everyday. Loon Mountain is just a stones throw away. Its also not far from Flume Gorge and Echo Lake. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Mom's weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with my sister for a "mom's weekend" away and we loved it. It was clean and had all the ammenities we needed. The river is right outside the door and so relaxing. There is a swimming hole right in the complex, though we were there in fall so didn't swim. Each having our own bathroom was a huge plus! My only recommendation would be to bring your own pillow and an extra bath towel.

The best part was hearing and seeing a beautiful river each evening after hiking the national forest. I would definitely go back.
