We were in town for my sons wedding. The house was 12 minutes from the venue so it was perfect. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Very quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect peaceful spot to land with all the busyness of the wedding festivities.

Wedding trip

Beautiful large property centrally located for a family weekend celebrating my nephew’s wedding. Grounds were beautiful. Home was lovely. Owner very helpful and allowed an early check in.

Great property

The lake area aroumd the property is really beautiful. We enjoyed the fully stocked house and the rooms were really nice. The back yard was a big hit for the family. Awesome firepit we, saw several shooting stars each nite! Will def plan to visist again,

Birthday trip

Our stay here was great! We had everything we needed. We were close by everything! I think my favorite part of this house was the Master bedroom! I loved it and the bathroom! Everything was clean very cozy! We felt right at home! We would definitely book and stay again! Definitely recommend!

Perfect Getaway!

We enjoyed a quick getaway to Lake Oconee, and this was the perfect place to stay! The owner was super accommodating and a great communicator! The property was clean, convenient, and spacious! We had three in our group, but more would have fit comfortably. Great place for a girls’ weekend!

Wonderful Time

We came to spend time fishing and relaxing. The property was just as described. Very cozy and had everything you could ask for. We will definitely try to make this a place to come several times a year. The host was phenomenal!

Great home!!

Love love love!!!! They make you feel so comfortable. I love how they had small blankets around the home and you can lay down and grab blankets just like I do at my own home. I will be back in the summer

Beautiful Setting

The house is absolutely adorable. Love the privacy. The beds are super comfortable and the Master Bathroom is spectacular (even had a bidet). Would definitely recommend. Loved the outdoor area. I felt like we were out in the woods camping. So quiet. Even saw deer on the property. Lake Oconee is an amazing little town.

Cozy weekend for our family getaway.

We rented this property for additional space for family coming up to the lake. My son owns a house on the lake. This was a lovely, cozy and welcoming place to stay. Though not on the lake, the water is close by. Loved having coffee on the back porch. Thank you. It was a great long weekend!! We will rent this home again!!

Excellent Choice

We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled in the yard. Everything was as described. The house was a dream and everything was so warm and welcoming. We spent two nights on the lake fishing and had a wonderful time. We have decided to make this trip annually or maybe even more. The location was only minutes away from everything. If you want a great place to stay, here is your spot!

Very nice home in beautiful location

The house is is a very nice wooded setting and very nice home. The only comment we have is the furniture inside the home is not like the pictures on the website. There is a lot more furniture in every room than pictured plus in the kitchen the counter space is very limited because of everything sitting on the counter. Again, we would recommend the house but be prepared so wee a lot of furniture and towels in the bathrooms!

Well adorned and decorated

As we parked in the drive, we noticed how nicely the front porch was set up. And that was just a hint of what would follow. When we entered the house, we say that the dining room was set up beautifully, and then the entire house was in idyllic order. It was extremely nice. We enjoyed the entire home. The patio was nicely set up, and we enjoyed sitting there enjoying the evenings. The reclining couch was most comfortable, and all of the best were great. We give this property 5 stars.

Eatonton house in December

Check in was a problem as the code had been changed. Food left in refrigerator that was moldy. rotten eggs.Fire pit in back yard was full of water. Trash all around. House was fully stocked and everything worked ok.Nice coffee bar. House in good location and close to lake and restaurants and publix.

After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they’d like to provide some clarification:-The water in the firepit was a result of recent heavy rainfall, and the paper around it, intended as fire-starting material, also became wet and may have appeared as trash.-Regarding trash, every effort is made to ensure the property is thoroughly cleaned and all waste is removed before each new guest’s arrival.-For check-in, the initial issue arose from using outdated code. However, as the owner, we promptly assisted, staying on the phone to ensure smooth entry with the correct code.-The refrigerator is stocked with mini condiments and bottled water for guest convenience. No opened or leftover food is ever left behind.We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to host you again for a more enjoyable experience.
