Lelani Orista is one of our newest properties, located just minutes the "most magical place on Earth," Walt Disney World Resort! Located at Windsor Island Resort, this home is sure to be a new favorite for your vacation getaway!

The open, luxurious floor plan of this home creates a relaxing environment that is sure to delight during your stay. On the lower level, the entryway introduces you to the spacious kitchen, living room, and dining area. Early morning breakfast and family dinners are no problem with vast amounts of seating at the breakfast bar area and the dining room table. Just around the corner, discover a beautiful Queen bedroom that is truly decorated for royalty.

Upstairs, you are welcomed by a shuffleboard table and foosball table to showcase your competitive side with the family. All remaining bedrooms in the home are located on the upper level of the home, decorated to showcase Disney character favorites! From classic decorations to whimsical colors and characters, the bedrooms are the cherry on top of this beautiful new home.

When staying in this house, you have access to all the resort amenities! Windsor Island is located in the Davenport area with easy access to Orlando’s theme parks, dining, and shopping. Just 38 miles from Orlando international airport, Windsor Island features resort amenities such as a lazy river, huge pool with slide and tiki bar. You will also find a fitness center, Volleyball court, sundry shop, and video arcade.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

Just over an hour drive away you will find some of Florida’s favorite beaches such as Cocoa Beach, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, New Smyrna Beach & Daytona Beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home was spectacular. Very clean and spacious. Our family consisted of 5 couples who each had plenty of private space. The kids had more than enough room to play and the private pool was an added enjoyment for the family. Will definitely stay here again.

We definitely enjoyed our stay at this residence. The house was clean and taken care of very well. We had one problem when arriving but the team at Florida Spirit Vacation Homes took very good care of us and addressed it promptly. Their support and communication feedback was great. The only concern I had staying here was entering the community at check-in and when returning back to the residence at certain times of the day. It was very congested and frustrating at times so be aware but once you get in the community everything was good. The house was perfect for our vacation and I would book this house again.

Everything was excellent! The only thing that I would recommend is that the backyard screen have a lock on it so that no one can come from the outside in. I noticed that the door just opens up from the outside. The resort island and workers were really nice and friendly!

BEST VACATION EVER!

This property was amazing. My family and I stayed here for a week. The property was clean. Everyone at the clubhouse was so friendly. When we needed anything management was totally on point. The house is within walking distance to the clubhouse, driving distance is easy, and close to stores and Disney. Enough space for a big family. Great place to stay! We are already planning a return for next year. I can't say thank you enough for such wonderful hospitality.

I must say we had a good time at this property very well put together everyone was comfortable garbage can is very tiny for big house and no Matt’s when you come out of the shower be careful of falling. Location was a bit far with traffic.

We had a question upon arrival about the AC and the management company replied promptly and professionally. We came to enjoy the outdoor space and this property delivered on both lounge seating and dining options. The very spacious kitchen was enjoyable to cook meals and still visit with family. The grocery store is right outside the neighborhood. We would stay at this property again.

Nice house

Just as shown, little used nothing terrible, hot tub never worked. upstairs got hot during day needed a fan at night. Great location. The community pool and play area very busy and not enough chairs to sit. People would get there early and put towels on chairs and not be there, management should not allow that. Nice place just small. Enjoyed the house very clean and a lot of room. Enjoyed our stay.

That's a good thing. we had plenty of privacy. However, I think this rental's location would provide more separation even when the complex is fully housed.The rental was clean and had plenty of linens, dishes utensils and cookware. It would have been nice if the owner's opened their suite to rentees. It's their option, but it would add to its marketability.It's location is excellent. It's about 5 minutes from Publix, CVS and Highlands Reserve GC.
