Welcome to The Black Rock Beach House. A large family holiday located right on the creek, with direct access down to the water and only 150m to Pottsville Beach.

Your spacious open plan living area is equipped with an 8 seater dining table, lounge suite, smart TV, ducted air con, ceiling fans and quaint bar area. This area opens out to the covered back entertaining area which features outdoor furniture, built in Barbeque area and in ground lap pool. There is also a 2nd northern covered outdoor area which includes a 6 seater dining table.

The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal for the family including a microwave, gas cooktop, double oven, coffee machine plus ample bench space.

There is a 2nd living area which is perfect for separation for large families. Here you can play a tune on the old piano or kick back on the lounges and watch a movie on the smart TV.

Your master suite features a King size bed, TV, ceiling fan, air con, walk in robe, ensuite with spa bath and separate shower.

Bedroom 2 includes a Queen size bed, walk in robe, ceiling fan and air con.
Bedroom 3 includes a Queen size bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and air con.
Bedroom 4 consists of 2 Single size beds which can be converted to a King size bed upon request, built in robe, ceiling fan and air con.

The community comes together for local Sunday markets on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month, located down the main street which also hosts a local IGA and several family-owned businesses.
