Coromandel Views - Majestic Home/Stunning Outlook/Own Ensuites/Internet/Smart TV

This very tastefully decorated house has four spacious bedrooms all with generous ensuites and access to large deck or patios.

The impressive open plan living area of lounge, dining and stylish kitchen has floor to ceiling windows spanning the room. The cosy wood fire, heat pump, internet, table tennis and more sees this stunning home on an elevated aspect your perfect luxury getaway.

From the magnificent living room, large sliding doors open onto the undercover deck giving you that indoor/outdoor feeling and of course offers you those sweeping views of Coromandel. A perfect spot for those sunset dinners and maybe that wine or two.

The well equipped kitchen with roomy breakfast bar has a dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with water, filtered tap water and gas hob.
Expressotoria Coffee Pod machine (Vittoria capsules - see photo) - These capsules are not available in Coromandel Township so if you wish please purchase prior to your stay. There will be some complimentary on your arrival.
Bi-fold windows open up directly from kitchen to the BBQ area on the back patio.

You will be treated with that impressive outlook from the Master Bedroom which has a three seater lounge and stacker doors opening onto the deck.
The Super King room, with your choice of a super king or two single beds, has its own private patio and outdoor setting for that quiet relaxation under the sun.
The Queen Patio Room has double doors that lead out to the back patio area while our Queen Balcony Room, complete with bath in the ensuite, steps you onto that superb front deck.

Unlimited internet and Smart TV will enable you to use your own Netflix, Spotify and other App accounts. You may also pair your device to the blue tooth speaker system.

The double garage has table tennis, washing machine and dryer located within. Your parking is located outside of the garage. Please note the driveway is relatively steep.

This spectacular house is only 1.8kms from town and 5kms from safe swimming beaches and boat ramps.

***If more than 2 bedrooms are required there will be an additional fee of $40.00 per room per stay. Your choice of rooms are available for you. If choosing the Super King room please advise on booking your bed configuration - ( Super King or 2 x Singles).***

Coromandel luxury

An amazing house, location was perfect and the views outstanding. A lot of time was spent out on the huge deck enjoying a glass of wine or sitting before the fire. The only improvement I would recommend is that the bathroom products could be increased, tiny bottles insufficient for a longer stay.

Amazing Venue

We stayed for 3 nights and would’ve stayed longer. Such an absolute beautiful home and the location was perfect, the views are priceless! Communication with Lauri-Ann was so easy she ensured we had all information and gave us some recommendations too. We will definitely be recommending and returning for another trip.

Luxurious home in a beautiful setting

Every year we go away for a long weekend to a different location with a group of friends. This year coromandel was the destination and the accommodation was brilliant for a relaxing catch up with our friends, spacious, stunning views, well appointed and clean. We would highly recommend staying here, thank you to the hosts for sharing there piece of paradise.

Family spouses and inlaws

Perfect property for family gatherings. Large spacious living area with amazing heating- loved the fire with ample wood supplied. Great to have en-suites off all the bedrooms. Extra blankets in rooms would’ve been nice.

Small-town atmosphere and beautiful view

Location is great for the township of Coromandel, but this is a sleepy town where everything closes early so plan accordingly. Great hiking trails close by. The property had a nice number of bedrooms, but the listing was a little misleading because none of the bedrooms were air-conditioned. Be aware that one single air conditioner in the living room of the property did not sufficiently cool bedrooms when temps got hot outside, and it would be difficult to stay here unless people are family or are comfortable keeping their bedroom doors open at night. The owner does provide multiple oscillating fans. Upon late afternoon check-in, the temperature in the house was around 85 and it took a very long time to cool down, really, not until early in the morning. Maybe the owner should consider opening windows prior to check in.

JUST PERFECT

Wow - the house is the best house we have stayed in as a family ever. My parents, in their 60's, wanted a comfortable bed, as this is usually the number one issue we find when staying away. Having uncomfortable pillows etc. I can confirm the beds were AWESOME! Firm; the linen was good quality and we had enough, so we were all warm and cozy. The kitchen was well catered for us and the appliances were quality - being able to do washing and cook, was fantastic and the ice machine/water dispenser on the fridge was so handy. The space in the house, with two lounge suites and a well-catered outside balcony, with views, was so appreciated as we were able to spread out and just be. Table tennis in the garage was super fun ! Communication via phone calls and text meant I could contact the host instantly if needed, which was really reassuring. We had absolutely no issues and could not fault the place. Parking was sweet with 3 vehicles; we had a large boat which we arranged to park up somewhere else, as there was no chance it was going to fit up the steep driveway. The house is private, safe and secure and quiet. I would highly recommend to family and friends and I think the asking price is extremely reasonable and well worth it.

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was das Herz begehrt: Top-Ausstattung, jedes Schlafzimmer mit Bad, große Terrasse. Angenehm auch der großzügige Wohnbereich. Coromandel Town ist fußläufig erreichbar, für die Beaches braucht man Vehikel (die hübschen Strände an der Ostküste sind in 20 Minuten erreichbar). Alles wirkt sehr professionell, sehr gute Kommunikation, Preis ist absolut angemessen. Absolute Empfehlung für Coromandel City Reisende!

Comfortable beds and chairs

Could not fault it except curtains did not block out bedrooms as much as my wife needs but we took black out cloth. Very comfortable but house next door could be under construction now. Very nice stay at luxurious house.

Stunning property

A beautiful spacious house, extremely well maintained and spotless, very comfortably accommodating all 7 of us. The ensuites in every bedroom is a great bonus. Stunning sunsets to enjoy from the terrace with a glass of wine. A great location too, close to eateries and the shops in the township. Relatively short drive to beautiful beaches and walks. 10/10!!

A peaceful sanctuary with the most beautiful views and sunsets! Overall beautiful interior, excellent, well appointed amenities and lovely bedrooms with ensuites. Great house for group of friends

The house met all our expectations and more for a group of eight people. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space. Great amenities and everything you would need was supplied. We had a wonderful stay.
