The ground floor features a fully renovated kitchen with dishwasher and ample cupboard space, and living room with smart TV with Netflix, reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fan.

There is also a second air-conditioned sitting area/ reading room, full laundry with washing machine and dryer and a second separate toilet.

Outside is a fully fenced grassy courtyard perfect for the kids to play (shared space with residents)

There is also unlimited Wi-Fi is provided for your enjoyment.

Kirra Sea is located on a quiet street, only a few hundred meters from Kirra Beach and a 10-minute walk to the bustling hub showcasing a range of restaurants, cafes and boutique stores.

There is no parking available on the premises, however there is plenty of free street parking available.

All linen including beach towels is provided and beds will be made up for your arrival.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
