Cerca del centro de la ciudad, tiendas, restaurantes, aeropuertos, autopistas principales, parques y senderos para caminar, pero escondido en una comunidad tranquila y establecida. Te encantará mi lugar debido al estilo moderno vintage recién remodelado que es limpio y acogedor. Los muebles y la decoración frescos hacen que mi espacio sea acogedor y confortable.

Mi casa es una joya de mediados de siglo con actualizaciones modernas. Recientemente remodelado, el espacio ofrece más de 1400 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable en dos plantas. Cuando ingrese por primera vez, ingresará al salón principal con escaleras a la derecha que lo llevarán arriba, a los tres dormitorios y dos baños completos.

Las habitaciones cuentan con colchones de espuma viscoelástica con colchones hipoalergénicos y fundas de almohadas. Se proporcionan sábanas para cada cama, así como edredones adicionales en caso de que los necesite.

El baño principal tiene una gran cabina de ducha, y el baño del piso de arriba tiene una bañera llena con ducha. Se proporcionan amplias toallas para usted también.
En la planta baja del pasillo principal hay un medio baño adicional.

A través de la cocina y al final de la sala principal se encuentra la espaciosa sala de estar con pisos blancos, lujosos sofás y un nido extraíble con colchones de espuma viscoelástica perfectos para huéspedes adicionales. Hay un televisor de pantalla grande con más de 200 canales, así como un reproductor de DVD e internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad.

Fuera de la sala de estar está el porche trasero con mosquitero y luces de cuerdas, así como una mesa de picnic y sillones ideales para cenar y jugar.

Hay un armario de servicios públicos afuera y aquí es donde están ubicadas la lavadora y la secadora. Tendrás acceso a este armario durante tu estancia si deseas lavar la ropa.

Great stay

We definately enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious, well stocked, and quiet. It is centrally located, close to downtown, airport, The Greenway. Highly recommend. Allison was prompt and easy to work with.

Perfect accommodations for our work event

Very efficient, comfortable condo. Clean and quant. Perfect for a family, but also great for a work trip with colleagues. Host was very communicative and thorough with stay details as well as the extra amenities she provides. Great place!!!

So welcoming and inviting! Allison was so helpful and friendly and the home had everything we needed and then some! The location was great and there were many things to see and do close by. Home Away From Home

We just spent our Thanksgiving break at this wonderful townhome and couldn't have been more impressed. It was exactly as depicted in the photos, centrally located though quiet, comfortable, clean, bright, welcoming. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus a bulldog to stay in while visiting my mother, giving us a home base and a place of our own rather than being underfoot in her house. I didn't cook while we were there, but I could have--plenty of cooking utensils and well stocked with spices, teas, coffee, and even a lovely selection of snacks. Hope to stay here again on future visits!

Great location for experiencing Greensboro

Rental experience was ideal! Allison was super easy to connect with and incredibly responsive! The property was well stocked with the essentials and then some! Our kids enjoyed the pool and we shared many meals on the covered patio! What a jewel this place is! I will stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay!

Came to Greensboro for my nephews wedding. The townhouse was great. The only addition I would make is to add fans to the two smaller bedrooms, I didn't realize until we arrived that they didn't have ceiling fans in these two rooms. Luckily we had one fan with us and was able to purchase another one while there. It would also be very nice to have a rug in front of the sink in the master bedroom. Other than that that our stay was very nice.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Check in process was super easy. Was sent very detailed instructions before our arrival. Instructions were very easy to follow. We had no problems with check-in. Allison is extremely responsive. It never took her more than five or 10 minutes to respond to emails. Once in the property we were pleasantly surprised. The townhouse was spotless and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Allison even left us some snacks in the kitchen! All the beds were very comfortable. Everything was in working order. The location of the property was also very good. Close to any store you could possibly need. If you go in the summer months, they have a beautiful community pool. Just one note, this is a townhouse attached to other town houses, not a standalone property. However, the neighborhood and the townhouse were very quiet and peaceful! There is also ample parking. Two spots come with the unit and there is guest parking as well. We arrived with an RV which we could not leave in the parking lot, but were able to find parking nearby. Overall we had a great stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, charming, clean and well equipped

Our stay could not have been more seamless! The owner was extremely responsive, very well organized and every detail was attended to. The location was wonderful - a short ride to everywhere we needed to go, situated in a quiet complex. We were visiting with Grandparents and children (5 in total) and there was ample room for everyone - we all sleep well on the comfortable beds and enjoyed downtime in the evening on the large cozy couch. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, clean, and cozy. We would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Greensboro or surrounding area!

Clean and comfortable spot to visit GBoro

We really enjoyed our visit to this tastefully decorated and surprisingly roomy spot. Our group had plenty of room to spread out, even though it was a little chilly to use the great enclosed patio. Decorating was simple and tasteful. The owner was super easy to deal with and quick to respond to questions. Great location too...close to downtown and plenty of shopping. We'll be back!

Perfect for us!

From beginning to end, Allison was very engaged and responsive to our questions. Her town home is just as pictured and described, "Close to everything / Clean / Quiet / Perfect for Small Families." It is easily accessible to all of our points of interest in Greensboro for our University's Annual Homecoming festivities. We are already planning to book for Homecoming 2019. One member of my group provided the following feedback, "Great accommodations, nice decor and plenty of starter supplies/amenities to provide a home-like stay. Spacious enough for our group and conveniently located. Loved the keyless entry!" If you are looking for a spacious, clean, and convenient place to stay in Greensboro, Allison's town home is it! Can't wait to visit again!

Our stay in Allison's home was excellent, our rental experience was great, will recommend her home.

Our HomeAway rental experience with Allison was excellent. From the first interaction to the last everything went smoothly and Allison was very helpful and we love her home. All of my questions through HomeAway were answered quickly and Allison was very accommodating with some timing issues we had. We had issues with Airbnb at the beginning of our search for this trip. I then found HomeAway and love their system better. For example, I was able to make a deposit of half of our full amount upon rental approval and the remainder a short time later. This was very helpful since we were renting a larger home with higher rental rates. We will rent through HomeAway from now on since our experience with them was so good. Allison's house was perfect for us because of its location, number of guests allowed, and ability to travel with pets. We were in town for my son's weddings and the house's location between their civil service downtown on one day and 'real' wedding in Summerfield another day was perfect. It is only 10 minutes away from UNC-G so was convenient to pick up my daughter when needed. Allison's home is minutes away from Target, Ross, Marshall's, Harris Teeter, and salons so is convenient for things we needed for rehearsal dinners, gatherings, and the wedding. It is around the corner from Stamey's BBQ which we used to cater the rehearsal dinner and it was delicious. No need to go the Lexington BBQ festival. Aside from its perfect location, Allison's home was excellent because my large family fit comfortably, it was equipped with everything we needed, and on top of that Allison adds extra touches that go beyond your average vacation rental owner. There were bath products and toiletries provided for our convenience, plenty of dishes for our large group, and the house is very nicely furnished in bright and cheery colors. My daughter fell for it. On top of all of this we were able to bring our dogs and this was the most helpful thing for us since dogs are not allowed in so many vacation rentals in the area. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture so we brought our baby gate and their beds and they stayed in a corner of the living room and we let them out on the back screened in patio to stretch their legs. There are Adirondack chairs back there that I would sit on to give them a chance to sit on laps. All in all, we are very happy with our vacation rental experience with Allison and through HomeAway & would recommend both in the future.

Awesome stay!

Hi, I am Allison! I am a freelance interior designer as well as photo stylist working mostly with local photography studios on furniture catalogues and marketing photography. I am also the owner of a vintage clothing company called Nosilla Vintage, selling online through etsy as well as in a few local shops here in Greensboro as well as Winston-Salem. Currently, most of my time is spent enjoying my 2 young daughters.

I enjoy traveling very much. Weekend trips to the mountains or summer trips to the beach with friends and family are my favorites. I also do a lot of traveling when I am searching for vintage clothing to add to my inventory, which is a lot of fun!

I love being a host so I can provide a fun, home like setting for travelers. I know how much I love attention to detail and when hosts go above and beyond to make a space comfortable, clean and well thought out for me, so I want to do the same for my guests. I had a wonderful time renovating my space and furnishing it with a mix of modern and vintage pieces that reflect my personality yet aren't over the top for guests. I hope guests love this space as much as I do!
