The best unit in the entire complex. Recently renovated from top to bottom, this comfortable two bedroom, two bath condominium located on the edge of the Princeville Bluff. Wide open ocean views. Gentle trade winds. Step to the edge of the lanai and watch for whales, dolphins and turtles. Surfers dot the waves. Beach access is across street next to the brand new 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. Two large lanais for the sun and fresh air. Main bedroom has a king bed and enjoys the ocean views across the entry lanai. Main bath has floor to ceiling tile and a huge walk in shower. Laundry in the second bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and looks south to the Hanalei Mountains. The Princeville at Hanalei Resort community has a walking path that leads two miles up the road to the Princeville Shopping Center. Enjoy using one of the few private tennis courts in Princeville. The pool sits right on the bluff. This is a spacious and comfortable unit for your dream vacation on Kauai. This is a top floor unit, up two and a half flights of stairs. No elevator.

Amazing view

The photos accurately show the amazing views from the condo. The location of the condo is fantastic, next to the best beach on the island, just a few steps away (Hideaways). Quick drive to Hanalei (depending on traffic) and Kilauea. Kitchen well stocked; beach supplies also available (towels, coolers, beach chairs). A/C was not necessary for us; there is a cool breeze in the evening. Furniture is very dated and shabby (as shown in the photos) so no surprise with that.

Impeccable Property

Our stay was so enjoyable. The condo was so beautiful and the view was out of this world! The area was so lush with beautiful foliage and flowers. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this condo if you are seeking a relaxing scenic vacation spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent stay at Puu Poa #414. Beautiful views, exceptional pool and the closest beach is breathtaking. The condo was just what our family needed, comfortable and well-equipped. We really enjoyed being able to cook and grill, and eat outside on the patio. There were some small maintenance issues but nothing that impacted our time and the property management was responsive and helpful. We hope to come back some day.

Incredible space, views, and location

My wife and I booked the property for our honeymoon and we couldn’t be happier. The home was comfy and clean. We loved the view from the patios and the sliding doors that opened all the way to give the space a real indoor-outdoor flow. Two beaches within walking distance. On a little bit further but it had a paved path and stairs going to it. The other could be accessed by taking the path on the side of the courts and down a steep hill. Not too treacherous at all, but probably a good idea to put on shoes for the short hike down

Gorgeous, spacious and near everything

The pictures don’t do this place justice whatsoever. It’s bright, airy (with lovely French doors with really good screens), spacious and proximate to everything. It’s next door to the One Hotel - that costs at least 5x more. The management was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and will absolutely be back!

Beautiful views and location

The views and location of this unit csnt be best. Beautiful pool on property and next to the beat beach on the island in my opinion. We enjoyed grilling and sitting on the terrace. New washer and dryer and dishwasher. Home was very comfortable. Would definately stay again!

Family Spring Break

Beautiful location, private and the views are stunning. The beach near our condo was the most gorgeous beach of all the beaches we explored on this trip. This condo had all the comforts of home. Just make sure you bring your toiletries, soap, shampoo and conditioner! :) We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Excellent property and I shall go there again. I very much enjoyed the place. Few things to note - An AC will be very helpful. Dishwasher did not work TV I could not make work The bug /mosquito preventing nets on the windows and doors need attention/replacement.
