A mere 8km to the City. Or drive the other way for 8km, and you're right on the Sea. You'll be close to so many great spots, while your downtime is spent in a classy & spacious new residence.

Perfect place for a short or long stay, close to all that Adelaide has to offer. This home consists of 3 bedrooms + study, living and dining areas, 2 bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large 6 burner stove/chef's oven, microwave and dishwasher. A beautiful butler's kitchen houses your appliances -toaster, kettle, and that much needed Nespresso Pod Coffee machine, all inclusive with a milk frother.

Laundry with a washer / dryer all in one. Program the wash and dry cycle, Pop your clothes in, go out & come home to dry, clean, clothes!

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas. The second living area has a sofa, that can fold out into a futon style bed if need be. Master bedroom comprises of a KING size bed. The other 2 bedrooms contain a QUEEN bed.

Smart TV (one) and wifi for your entertainment and work needs.

The backyard is perfectly serene, set up with an undercover alfresco dining areas: North facing - just perfect for that afternoon outdoor drink.

Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning keeps the home comfortable all year round.


Although this property can sleep up to 7, it is recommended for 6 or less. The 4th futon couch/bed is situated in the second living room , which is not a private area.
