Great condo in heart of Scottsdale. Very clean and check-in process and responsiveness of host was great. Certain parts of condo were a bit dated needing some of a little TLC, but would not hesitate to stay again.

The way the property is listed it seems like it’s on TPC property. Other than that the value for money is great. Only other wish is that it didn’t have shag carpetings and had a hard floor surface.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad to hear you felt the condo offered great value for the money. While the property is not directly operated by TPC Scottsdale, it does back right up to the TPC Scottsdale Champions Course and is only a few minute walk to both the TPC Scottsdale Champions and TPC Scottsdale Stadium Clubhouse, making it a fantastic location for golf trips. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back again in the future!

Aspectos positivos: Comunicación
The condo is older and not very updated or clean. The decorating is terrible but the beds are very comfortable. It’s on the second floor without an elevator so bringing our luggage up was not easy. The pools and hot tubs are great. The location is close to the scottsdale airport so it’s noisy at times. Perfect for a group of golfers as it’s right on the TPC course.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for the 4 star review! We truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience. We are very sorry to hear that the second floor location made your stay more challenging, especially given the injuries you mentioned. We did not have any indication that a first floor unit was required, and we apologize for any miscommunication when making the reservation through VRBO. All of our three bedroom condos at this specific location are located on the second floor, while our two bedroom condos are on the first floor. Had we known a first floor unit was needed, we would have gladly explained that it is not an option at this location and arranged accommodations at one of our nearby properties that do offer first floor units. All of our condos are comparable and provide the same resort style amenities. We take great pride in our customer satisfaction and in offering options to accommodate a wide range of guest needs to ensure the best stay possible. We truly appreciate your 4 star review and hope to have the opportunity to earn a 5 star review on your next visit.
