Gorgeous golf views, wonderful décor, and a great location make 24 Fairway Dunes a place that you and your family will not want to leave. Ideally located in the Fairway Dunes Community at Wild Dunes, 24 Fairway Dunes brings together some of the best golf in Charleston with excellent accommodations. Better yet, Fairway Dunes offers a large swimming complex, a tennis court, 2 pickleball courts and a sport court with basketball hoop, that are located just across from 24 Fairway Dunes.
The interior of 24 Fairway Dunes has been updated and features a lovely décor. Making 24 Fairway Dunes unique, the living area, kitchen, and dining room are located on the top floor. With its vaulted ceilings and windows overlooking the 11th green, 24 Fairway Dunes has an open and bright feeling throughout. The well-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, updated cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The living room features new furniture that provides comfortable seating with tasteful appointments and a 55” smart television. In addition to the new furnishings, the living area has fresh paint throughout. The view of the 11th green of the Wild Dunes Links course is fantastic from the upper-level spacious patio deck. The dining room has seating for six with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The master bedroom features a king bed plus a loveseat with a full-size sleeper and a private bath. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, access to a full bathroom plus a balcony overlooking the Fairway Dunes Tennis and Swim facility.
The beach is easily accessible from 24 Fairway Dunes with a beach boardwalk located at the entrance to the community. The beach at this location is one of the widest on the Island allowing you plenty of room to dig your sand trap. Finally, the world-famous Wild Dunes Links Golf Course Proshop is a short walk away.
Additional Amenities Include:
• High speed internet with Wi-Fi.
• Full size washer and dryer.
• Parking for two cars.
• Linens and bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo, and paper products.
• A sleeper sofa is also available at this home.

- The Fairway Dunes pool is open year round but not heated.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and basketball hoop, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
