Wonderful views. They delight to stay in.

We did have trouble getting into the property, but when we sent a text, they replied immediately. Apparently the battery was dead in the box that opens the door. Luckily they had another method for us to get in.Have already booked for next year as for us, This was a 5 Star Place to stay.

Great condo!

This was a wonderful condo with a fantastic view of the ocean! The only thing that went wrong during our trip was that the elevator broke on the last day which forced us to carry all our luggage down the scary temporary stairs. I’m thankful that we were on the 2nd floor and not higher.

Great location and super close to water with great view

Great time was had by all…A few minor issues…the dryer takes 2 full cycles to dry clothes so be prepared if you are planning on taking home dry clean clothes. The other minor issue was that the property is under major renovations. We would have liked to be informed of this ahead of time but we still had a good time even with the construction.

post graduation getaway

We had an amazing 5 days at the beach. The condo was clean and we had a great view of the ocean. Didn't swim in the pool as it isn't being cleaned right now due to construction, I guess. But we didnt' need the pool. Ocean and beach did not disappoint.

Seascape in Wild Dunes

Week before we were scheduled to arrive receive email stating construction was being done at condos and stated we could possibly stay in a different location which I requested because of construction noise. After several phone calls and emails we could not get an answer. Came time to go so we went much to my regret. Parking pass was not sent to security, condo was not very clean and noise was horrific. Cut vacation short after 2 days.

Beautiful property but needs maintenance/repair

PROS: location, decor of unit, location of unit, responsiveness of management property. CONS: upon arrival we found-Mold around several ceiling vents and you can see it up in the ductwork (I told management that my daughter and I were both allergic to mold they did come and wipe the ceiling with some kind of solution but it’s all in the ducts blowing in to the room. We were not given the option to change units), broken toilet seat, two seats in kitchen set were not attached to the frame of the chair, broken chairs on the balcony , long hair in the refrigerator and master bathtub, only one outlet and one small lamp working in the extra bedroom, one lamp never worked in the extra bedroom, the lamp in the master bedroom had a switch that you had to really play with to get it to turn on, wall in kitchen area has water damage.

Our new favorite spot

The place was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we wanted. I texted the property management a question about the coffee maker (it's drip and but k-cups) and I got a prompt response. We'll be back!

We chose great location over up to date

This condo has a wonderful location to the beach and pool. It is roomy and has a good floor plan. The covered, extremely large balcony is amazing. The condo is showing wear. I had read that in previous reviews, but pictures didn’t look too bad. Both bathrooms could use a refresh. The second bathroom is worse than the master. Rockers on balcony are amazing, but beginning to fall apart. Extra chairs and table on balcony are a nice touch, but once again showing wear. Kitchen gadgets, pans etc showing a lot of wear. Master suite with sliding door to balcony is great as well. The air conditioning did go out one day and we were compensated with a credit. That was greatly appreciated! For what we paid, I feel like the kitchen accessories and baths could be a bit better. One additional comment. More towels per person would be appreciated. They don’t dry very fast inside the condo and sometimes we had to throw them in the laundry in order to have a dry towel. I don’t want to do a lot of laundry on vacation.

Great Location

Great location to the beach and the view is wonderful! The condo needs a thorough cleaning and some updating, but otherwise fit our needs for a family of five!

Place was ok - beautiful view! Downsides: plugs in front bedroom do not work, big mark on the wall in the kitchen needs to have a picture hung over it or something: chairs on porch are in very poor condition, toilet in master bedroom runs constantly.

Love the location

Unit is dated, outlets in guest bedroom don't work, guest bathroom shower is almost useless, toaster is broken, slider lock in living room is broken (can only access patio from bedroom). Living room furniture and mattresses need to be replaced. Unit could use a good cleaning. All that being said, the location is spectacular.
