Featuring a heated swimming pool in sumer. Our unique villa located in a cherry blossom neighborhood near two beach’s White Rock and Crescent beach and US border, close to Canada longest pier. Located within safe, quiet neighborhood. Suitable for families and groups. rooms all with doors leading outside, big windows with views of the pool and large back yard. Private access to each of the rooms inside and from outside, ensure you with entertainment such as the piano, guitar etc..certified host. 1.Pool heater seasonally turned off. Please be notified it’s started from July1-end of October .Pool heated betweenJuly to middle of September. (Basic $350 first day, then $300/day extra charge heat pool if needed April,May, June and Sep.) . Notice in advance, 72 hours needed to heat up pool.
2.Use pool at own risk, all guest entering property must sign wavier upon arrival and before using the pool.
3.Maximum 6 guests, entering property.children must be ages 7 and up

4.We ask that you be prudently silent and discreet.For safety reasons, NO swimming after12:00 pm. Quiet hours between 9pm to 9am, we are a very quiet neighborhood.
5.Absolutely NO partying or events, NO loud noises music or screaming at all times
6. Un notified or unregistered guests Not accept
7. Smoking within the property house+pool deck Not accept
8.Turn off deck lights when no person on the deck
9. Go in house wet Not accept . Use pool provided towels not shower towels
10. Light cooking only, refrain from heavy cooking with strong smell, Absolutely NO curry+spices cooking
11. Respect music instruments
12. We have child locks on cabinets where we keep some of our cleaning amenities and supplies, please refrain from opening them
