What better way to start the day than by watching the sunrise from one of the oceanfront decks? When the beach calls, it s just a stroll over your private wooden walkway to the wide sandy beaches where you can hunt for shells or take a dip in the ocean. Back at the house, swim a lap in the 12 x 24 private pool.

Relax in the great room in front of the large flat-screen TV, or log onto the WiFi. There is plenty of room for dinner or family game nights around the two dining tables. A bar to the kitchen provides additional seating and a convenient pass-through. The game room on the lower level provides an additional gathering space with a pool table, flat-screen TV, wet bar with fridge. All the bedrooms (except the two bunk rooms) have their own TVs.

This well-appointed home is part of the Rainbow Row in Nags Head and very close to many activities, including Jennette s Pier and the Outlet Mall, each just half a mile away. Even closer is Miller s Waterfront Restaurant and three miniature golf courses. Within a ten-minute car ride, you can visit the Wright Brothers Memorial, Jockey s Ridge State Park, historic downtown Manteo or the Oregon Inlet Fishing Center.

Our family had a wonderful time however the home is in need of updating and cleaning. Upon check in, my daughter found a cockroach in her dresser drawer, she chose to live out of her suitcase for the entirety of the stay. We had many more cockroaches during the week. The Master Shower had a crack which leaked through to the bottom floor. We were told not to use it. We had to share the hall bathroom with our son, his wife and our granddaughter. There were exposed nails, one on which my daughter cut open her leg. The nails outdoors were taken care of while we were at the home. Two lights were not working. The one above the kitchen sink made it difficult to see when washing dishes. The wood floor of the top deck had cracks and was splintered.

Not what was expected for the money

Main kitchen fridge not working and not replaced until 5 days into our stay. Management aware of that before check in as well. Pool had much sand in it and not cleaned until 3 days after we arrived. Bathroom shower/tub drains did not work as should due to clogged with hair. Could not spend much time on balconies as neighbors always outaide smoking Marijuana and obviously could not allow kids out. Very disappointed and having to go up and down 3 flights of stairs hard especially for older guests. Sorry for inconvenience easy to say when not the one dealing with it. Not the family vacation we planned or expected especially for cost.

Nags Head spring break

The location (Oceanside) is what makes this property awesome. Being large enough to handle 7 adults and 3 teenagers was a plus. The kitchen is small, but extremely well-stocked. The stand-alone ice maker on the first floor, and 2 fullsize refrigerators and an additional beverage fridge in the billiards room, were very nice to have. Great views from the 3rd floor valcony ocerlooking tge ocean. Proprty management addressed our concern with the oven racks....they convinced the owner to replace the oven. It was way passed its prime! Appliance company truck was waiting for us to depart on our departure day (we left an hour before scheduled time)....perfect. The geds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay for a week.

Kitchen was well stocked, comfortable furniture, lots of dining space, great ice maker on the ground floor, easy access directly from pool to ocean up the nice mat covering the dune, making an easy, walkable path. Loved the high quality outdoor furniture. Perfect location with lots to explore by foot or by car. Charcoal grill was spotless, overall cleanliness of the house was superb! Already rented the same property for later this year.
