Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Nice little studio apartment. One suggestion would be to list that there is no AC. We just happened to be there when there was a heat wave. Windows opened and a fan provide cool breezes. But being from the south you assume there is AC. Would stay here again.

It was a stormy weekend, but we expected it. It was a comfortable stay. perfect location!! My 11-year-old granddaughter and I enjoyed walking to all the fun close by. Visited family in Ocean Park. Would love to stay again. :)

Great place for couples. Everything close by that you need. The a/c window unit came in very handy as it was 94 degrees for a couple days of our stay!

Best place to stay in Long Beach

We had such a lovely time. Studio is centrally located close to everything. Property was welcoming and so clean! A must see to appreciate.

Awesome Place!

If you're looking for a great place in downtown Long Beach, this it! It felt much bigger than a studio and the ease of parking, getting to the unit (a few stairs involved) was super easy. The bed was very comfortable and you'll love the interior decorations.

Very nice studio, close to everything, we really enjoyed our stay! If any concerns, manager response is excellent. Highly recommend, but be aware there are some steps to the unit. Overall excellent!

Wonderful clean, and beautiful little condo!

Great location, but on a fairly busy intersection. Everything in the condo was well-maintained, cleaned, stocked, and fairly new, just as advertised! Though we were limited with towels to use during our stay, it didn't stop us from enjoying our vacation.

Centrally located, nicely furnished, very comfortable. Sofa bed was not as comfortable, and stairs were steep and long. Otherwise, very nice accommodations for a couple of small family.

Long Beach getaway

Stayed over THX week, sleepy time of year out on the coast. Pics accurate of space, very clean and modern. Would be nice to have had a small round 2 top with bar stools in front of window by fridge as a table as using the coffee table somewhat awkward. Great space right in the middle of town and steps from the beach!

Thanks, David, for the feedback. We, too, thought about a table, but with limited space, we decided that tray tables would work better. They’re located by the window. I will be on the lookout for a super small table that may fit. Thanks again for staying with us! - The Homeowners

Great location

This property is located in the perfect part of town with the arch and boardwalk just down the street 2 min away. Key pad issues which are scheduled to be fixed shortly but they answered the phone promptly with instructions. Nice and clean and the pull out bed was actually comfortable.

Great Studio

Very cute studio. Excellent for 2-3 people (couch pulls out). Extremely convenient to cook your own food instead of having to pay for everything. Grocery store 5 minutes down the road. Location was great - short walk to the beach. Stores/shops are right at the bottom of the stairs. Steps to the studio and no elevator, so if you have issues with stairs not the best place to stay. The only complaint was that 2 of the 4 windows do not open & no AC (which we were OK with). They do provide a small fan that we put in one of the windows but since one of the open windows is right in front of the back stairs for other units, I did not feel comfortable keeping that window open with the fan. Overall, we would stay again.

Cute studio with a great location

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was fun being in town and close to everything. There was some street noise, but you have to expect that in town. The studio was very tastefully remodeled and decorated. Loved the swivel TV! We had lunch at the restaurant downstairs and it was very good. Excellent fries!

This was the first time I’ve ever rented a VRBO, and it was wonderful! The location was excellent—close to both town and the beach. The studio owner was very kind, easy to communicate with, and made me feel welcome.The studio was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed and was BEAUTIFULLY decorated. My daughter loved it so much she has decided to redecorate her room! I read a few reviews mentioning noise, and since it is located on a main street, there is some traffic noise. However, it didn’t affect our stay at all.The only negative I can think of was the entry door. I’m a fluffier girl, and the entryway and door are narrow and heavy. The landing is also small, so while locking and unlocking the door with full hands, I felt like I might lose my footing a couple of times. That said, it was a very minor issue.Overall, I highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again in the future!

Relaxing Week at Great Location

We needed a week away after a lot of family stress and loss. This apartment is beautiful, and so well located! Near the end of the boardwalk, we enjoyed nightly beach strolls. Supermarket and pharmacy across the street are well stocked, and we filled out kitchen with what we needed upon arrival. It is quiet and yet in the center of town, so we walked did shopping, dinners, even the liquor tasting room and spa over at Adrift Hotel. Great TV and comfy bed! We will come here again.

This was a beautiful studio a few blocks from the beach and right across the street from Shoppers the best ice cream place on the Peninsula. The interior was lovely! A wonderful vacation!

This was a great stay! The beach was literally just down the street and all the shops and restaurants were walkable. We had easy access to everything.
