I LOVE that whole foods, it is one of my favorites :) It was unseasonably warm during your stay and we are glad to hear that the fans helped. Since it was down in the 40's overnight during your stay I'm surprised that the upstairs wasn't cooler. We strive to provide each guest with a 5 star vacation and I would like to apologize that we fell short. We will mention the noise to the owners of the surrounding homes to remind them of quiet hours. Next time just let us know and if it's after quiet hours the authorities can be dispatched. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re very sorry your stay didn’t meet expectations. While our team responded promptly to the A/C issue, the system had frozen due to being set too low — something that can happen in the dry mountain climate when temperatures drop at night. We shared this information at check-in to help prevent exactly that situation, but we completely understand how uncomfortable it must have been while the system was resetting. Even so, we went ahead and provided compensation for the inconvenience. As for the spiders, the home sits right on the mountainside, surrounded by natural vegetation and open space. Occasional visits from local wildlife (including small insects) are part of mountain living, though our housekeeping and pest control teams do everything possible to keep the interior spotless. We’re genuinely sorry this experience overshadowed your stay, and we appreciate the chance to clarify what happened. Our team is available 24/7 and always happy to help make things right when given the opportunity.
