The Space:

Featuring a fantastic design that accommodates both relaxing and entertaining, this beautiful four-bedroom Salt Lake City vacation rental is a luxurious summer and winter retreat. Elegantly decorated yet comfortably furnished, this town house is a sophisticated place to call home while visiting Utah.



Nestled in between Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons in the idyllic Cottonwood Heights community, you'll be in close proximity to the Brighton Ski Resort, Solitude Ski Resort, Alta Ski Area, and Snowbird Ski Resort. Local dining favorites Porcupine Pub and Grill and La Caille are about two miles away, while the bustle of Salt Lake City is a short drive away. The glamorous community of Park City is a pleasant 30-mile trek east where you can shop at the outlets, indulge in fine dining or simply enjoy the fresh mountain air.



Sophisticated decor and tasteful furnishings adorn the refined living area. A colorful area rug complements the brown leather sofas that surround the charming fireplace. Settle into the comfy furniture for an evening of movies on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV, or turn on the fireplace for some ambiance while you sip a glass of wine. The well-designed layout opens into the kitchen making it simple to refill glasses and replenish hors d'oeuvre platters.



The modern kitchen features gleaming hardwood floors and modern appliances for hosting a holiday feast or preparing a hearty breakfast before a day out on the slopes. Simmering pots of stew, roast chicken or Shrimp Scampi with Angel Hair pasta - all dishes will be made with ease in the comfort of your lovely vacation home. A stately wooden dining table lit by the soft glow of a chandelier seats eight guests, while a second high top table also seats eight guests to allow everyone to partake in the delicious cuisine and conversation.



The classically decorated primary suite is furnished with two luxurious queen beds. A second bedroom contains a king bed and opens into the private balcony. The third bedrooms contains three twin beds and a full bed in total with two individual beds and a wooden bunk bed. The fourth bedroom contains a king bed.



A second fully-furnished living area provides ample space for entertaining. Organize a or movie marathon on the flatscreen TV.



The spacious layout and accommodations makes this home the perfect choice for families or large groups of friends traveling together. Wireless Internet access is provided as well as a washer/dryer for your added convenience. And once you enjoy a blissful soak in the private hot tub, you may never want to leave!

Cottonwood Heights City strictly enforces a prohibition on hot tub use between 10pm and 8am.

Felt as “at home” as we could be for a longer stay. Really nice amenities. Everything you could need in a kitchen! Quality appliances, updated main floor. Super clean throughout! Will go back if in the area again.

Perfect

This was a perfect house and location for our group. It was easily accessible to all the places we wanted to see. The house was well stocked and clean. If we hadn't needed food, we wouldn't have needed to go to the grocery story for anything. The only downside was that all the bedrooms were either upstairs or downstairs and it was difficult for a bunch of older women to get our bags to our rooms. We would definitely stay there again if we are ever in Salt Lake City again.

Perfect access to the mountains

Our stay was wonderful and we had such a great time at this perfect access point to the mountains. Our only issue was when we had an issue with outlets/power, we did not get a local property manager so were a bit uneasy about directions given from outside support. Otherwise it was a perfect location, excellent property and adorable neighborhood!

Great mountain retreat with easy access

We've stayed at several VRBO's. This location was a great location for mountain activities. Easy to get to. Located near stores and other activities. Communication for check in and check out was the best I've ever seen! Thank you for ease of planning. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Loved the pantry space also. Thank You!

Nice location, but subpar accommodations

This trip was disappointing. We had to book this quickly because our other property cancelled us two days before due to water issues. The mattresses were uncomfortable and left many of us with sore necks and backs. One mattress is elevated on one side and causes you to roll to the middle. Additionally, every pillow in this property was flat and didn’t help the cause. One of the most frustrating parts was that MANY of the outlets are so loose that plugs slip right out of them! We were left with uncharged phones and watches every day we were there! Talk about frustrating! The biggest struggle was the a/c. It appears the unit they have is not suited for the size of this property. The upstairs was unbearably hot even at night, with two box fans going and one window unit. I would not book this property again. Really put a damper on a trip we had booked and been excited for, for over a year.

Ski House

The house is centrally located between the two cottonwoods, if you are skiing Alta and Snowbird, you can walk to the ski bus, if you are going to big cottonwood, it's 2 busses to get there. House itself is showing some wear, but overall very functional for a large group, we had 11.

Spacious place close to the mountains

This place has room for everyone. Our party of 5 enjoyed the privacy that this spacious place provides as well as the amazing access to the ski areas in Little and Big Cottonwood Canyon. A Utah Ski Bus stop is nearby if you want to avoid the parking nonsense up at the resorts. Plenty of room for cooking and eating in the kitchen and a bunch of options for watching movies after hitting the slopes. This place is a real gem!

This was a great vacation for our family, it was close to the canyons and great freeway access. The place is a little dated but had plenty of room for our family. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place!

Very spacious, comfortable, beautiful area and we will be back. I would highly recommend this place and vacasa was wonderful to work with. The dishwasher broke the first night but vacasa reimbursed us for all the paper products w needed. The hot tub also quit after the first night but they made that right as well. We will definitely book through vacasa again and we want to book this home again. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect for our reunion!

We stayed here for a girls getaway weekend and had a great time! There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. Loved the patio deck and location! Very close to awesome hiking trails! Also recommend the Porcupine Pub nearby. The management company was very responsive. We had some issues with the DVD player our first night and they brought a new DVD player the next day! They also replaced a coffee grinder which wasn't working. Very impressed!

Good location

The size of this home was great for our group of ten. The bedrooms accommodated us quite nicely, and the kitchen and eating areas were large enough for us to enjoy meals together. The location allows easy access to the interstate and mountain areas. Property management was quick to respond to concerns. Three stars as it was hard to cool the upstairs without lots of fans, and some of the rooms could use a refresh/update.

Summer Fun in Utah

This home was clean, spacious and comfortable for our family of 7. We came to Utah for a family reunion and vacation. It was at a great location to go to Salt Lake City, many attractions, restaurants, and shopping.

Nice but could be cleaner

Plenty of space. When we arrived the hot tub was green, full of sand and had a ping pong ball floating in it. Many of the dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Dryer did not work and when we entered the house it smelled. We had to buy candles and leave the windows open. Once we cleaned the house and the hot tub a little we enjoyed our stay.

Snowboarding trip

Excellent home with great amenities. We utilized this home as home base for a snowboarding trip to multiple mountains in the area and it is in the perfect location, a short drive to some incredible mountains. Slept 9 of us very comfortably. And had some great afternoons after the slopes in the hot tub to wind down. The property was very clean and comfortable would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Spacious and well appointed.

Spacious, clean and well appointed. Natural wood fireplace and enough wood provided to have a fire every day. Spacious, clean and well appointed. New stainless steel propane grill on the porch. Very responsive property management. Two issues raised on move-in were handled within a few hours including a service call to the hot tub. We had a great time: family loved it.
