If you want comfort this is not the place

Location was fantastic, view out the back door beautiful. Furniture was yard sale leftovers, the bed was beyond hard, pillows the same. Shower felt like someone was spitting on my head and the shower curtain had mold on the bottom. If you want cheap this is the place, if you want anything nice go down the road.

Happy Place

We stayed three weeks at this great condo. The view is amazing we seen dolphins had drinks out on the deck and barbecued. The bed is comfortable and you have everything you need that the location is beautiful. If you’re looking for something really fancy this is not it though it is really nice just a little bit of furniture outdated but for the price it’s great. Will definitely be back.

Nice location, place needs a lot of proper attention for a few safety hazards...

1. **Unsanitary Conditions**: Upon arrival on the 16th, we noticed a significant amount of sand and sediment on the floor, along with the presence of large roaches/palmetto bugs and even a dead lizard. Additionally, a musty smell permeated the unit. Although we initially attributed these issues to the "Florida experience," they significantly impacted our comfort and satisfaction with the rental. 2. **Health Concerns**: After experiencing sinus inflammation and drainage, as well as developing a persistent cough and headaches during our stay, we decided to investigate further. To our dismay, we discovered that the A/C vents and fan blades were covered in black, moldy growth, which we suspect was the cause of our health issues. We were unaware of this issue upon our arrival. 3. **Undisclosed Flood Damage**: It came to our attention that the property had suffered flooding during a hurricane just the month prior to our stay. The presence of sediment throughout the unit, as well as the continuous operation of loud flood damage repair equipment in adjacent units, made it challenging for us

Home away from home ❤️

Everything is always great when staying here. This was our second time in the last few months & we enjoyed both! The walk to the beach is a little bit of a hike, but a beautiful one! Will be back!

Get What You Pay For

Older unit with a musty smell upon opening front door. Stayed for 10 days with only a few towels, 2 useable wash cloths (some towels and wash cloths were stained) and hangers furnished. Purchased additional towels, wash cloths, and hangers at Wal-Mart. No towel rack in bathroom. On-site laundry was very convenient. Location was quiet.

Great Spot for a weekend getaway

Everything is there for a nice long weekend. Some items are a little out dated but it was a nice comfortable spot on a dead end street with spectacular views of the bay. Would recommend and would stay again.

Location and view were amazing , but the condo itself had some issues: Doors wouldn’t lock, shower rod kept falling, crack in kitchen floor, sliding door to back patio was very hard to open and closed, bathroom floor was missing floor trim around the walls, so it looked dirty and unfinished. Definitely could use some updating. Way too many nicknacks in the place that took up surface space. TV remotes didn’t work but power was on, and needed us to enter our own Roku account information which we don’t have so we were not able to watch tv or figure out how to turn it off~very annoying.

Deceiving pictures filthy condo

First, I will say the location is perfect. I loved it. The water was beautiful. However, the property was trashy. Everything was not working properly we did not have AC we did not have heat. None of it worked. The dishes were dirty the dinner table chairs were greasy the floor was gross. The pictures of this place were very deceiving.

Great Price, Great Place, Great Location

Keeping it short. It was easy to get to and easy to afford. For anyone trying to vacay on a budget this is the place for you.

This is an awesome location!

We LOVED the location on this condo. I slept on the couch and woke up to the sunrise and water view every day. The inlet is literally right outside the sliding glass door. We sat on the dock every morning and had coffee and that was really nice. We didn’t mind the walk to the beach because we all work out and got a little extra in but it’s not far at all (cut through Surfstyle and the beach is right there.) In all, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location but the unit and and grounds are very poor quality.

This property could be so much more but the furniture is very 1980's and looks like it came from a yard sale. The unit was missing shower racks or soap storage items. The bed had to be replaced as it was not even on a bed fame and broke. The bedroom closet door did not open and while the maintenance man came one time to check it, it never got fixed. The refrigerator was not level and the door did not stay open. The patio slider door did not fully close. The kitchen drawers were very hard to open and stuck because the paint on them was not the proper type. These are just a few items that were not acceptable. We will never be back or use this agency again!

Small but cozy

Loved the area and the view! The space was smaller than I thought, but it worked. It could use some updating with the closet doors and the doors to go out by the water were hard to open, so you need to bring your muscles :)
