Fully RENOVATED from top to bottom, this 400sf apartment offers a spacious WALK-IN shower, soft/comfortable bed, and full kitchen. Chill out in the COURTYARD or in back by the water after a day at the beach, water sporting fun, or simply exploring the island. For a clean, relaxing, and AFFORDABLE getaway, choose Anchors UP.

Anchors UP is one of a handful of remaining structures from the 1940's-50's motel BOOM days on the island. Everything on the island is within walking distance, including world class restaurants, beach shops, wine bars, beach bars and cigar bars! If needed, take advantage of Florida Free rides, the Jolley Trolley or Pinellas County Bus system.

Great location, clean, and smells good! Walking distance to beach and a lot of shops/restaurants. Water pressure in shower is really low and does take a long time to warm up. We would definitely stay again!

Spring Break

This property is so cute and very clean. It's a great location where you can walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. You are close enough to Tampa to go shopping or to Busch Gardens. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very clean and it was a short walk to the beach. The provided coffee k-cups was very generous and having a Starbucks so close was very convenient.

The Pro’s. The area is perfect and you can walk to several restaurants and beach. We loved that we could walk out and sit on the dock in the morning and evening. The Con’s. The mattress was like sleeping on a blow up mattress that bent in the corner where I slept. We never got a good night sleep unfortunately. The bathroom had a moldy smell to it. The unit next to us smoke detectors kept going off at all hours waking us up. If you replace the mattress for a better one and get the moldy smell out of the bathroom this place would be perfect for 2 people. I hope this review helps the next guess have a better nights sleep. Thank you for the stay.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Reviews are the life blood of our business and your issues could have been shared with me and possibly addressed during your stay rather than waiting till after you checked out and then making them public. You are the first guest to ever complain about the comfort of the bed. The space is professionally cleaned between each guest and I shared your review with the owner of the cleaning company and she said that she personally deep cleaned that unit before you checked in. You definitely were not smelling mold so it’s possibly the moist/humid Florida climate that made you think that, I’m not sure. 🤷 I don’t know what was going on with the smoke alarm next-door but again, it’s the first I’ve heard of it.

A great find!

The property was in a quiet location but still close to everything. It was very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. A great alternative to the resorts with convenient parking, check in and beautiful outdoor space.

Great experience!

Cute little place right on the water. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. Felt very safe with our small kids. Mickey was friendly, accommodating, and responsive!

Nice cozy place, perfect location

Great clean apartment, well stocked, wonderful location - walked to dining and beach. Modern amenities. Great outdoor waterfront space to relax (shared with other apartments). It is a small apartment, so not for those wanting to spend a lot of time inside, but for our purposes - it was perfect. Very well-managed and easy code based check-in.

Nice oasis in Clearwater Beach

My wife and I enjoyed the privacy of the back deck overlooking one of the canals each evening during happy hour. Weather cooperated while we were there for a week and we were able to catch most sunsets. Plenty of activities down by the harbor where you can go out on a number of different excursions throughout the day. We ate at four seafood restaurants a few blocks from the beach that were very good. Will recommend this property to our friends who may be visiting Clearwater Beach.

Cute and cozy!!

This is my first Vrbo stay and am so glad my first experience was a success! The host was VERY responsive and friendly, and the place we stayed seemed like it was recently renovated (Yay for that!). Mind I tell you the bed there was also super comfy (not sure if it was the drink or our busy outing, but we had a real good night sleep). They have some chairs outside by the deck but its not always available since its a shared outdoor space. The hosts are new to vrbo as well, so they didnt have checkin/out instructions laid out for us. But if you have any questions, just reach out to them and respond quickly :) Thank you Mickey!

I grew up in Oklahoma(BOOMER SOONER!) and Li grew up in mainland China. We met as coworkers in Tampa in 2008 and the rest is history. We both got in to real estate in 2016 and then discovered the vacation rental industry. And we love it!

Our home base is about an hour from the beach. We enjoy our dogs, RV travel, and playing poker(Li is a semi-pro).
