The Space:

This spacious condo is the perfect home base for families or groups visiting Orlando’s theme parks, including Walt Disney World. From the moment you arrive, the concierge and front desk staff are there to ensure your stay is seamless and enjoyable.



The Condo

This ground-floor condo features a private terrace patio with cushioned seating, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Inside, the open-plan living area is designed for comfort, with a spacious sofa and TV for downtime. The dining area has a stylish table that comfortably seats six, ideal for family meals or group gatherings.



The fully equipped kitchen includes quality appliances like a refrigerator/freezer, oven/stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms

The condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across 3 bedrooms, each with desks and TVs:

• Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed, private en-suite bathroom.

• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.

• Bedroom 3: Two double/full beds.



The condo features 2 full bathrooms, one en-suite in the master bedroom and another shared bathroom, both spacious and modern with new fixtures, a separate tub and shower in each.

The condo is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Inside the community, you have a personal concierge and resort-like amenities with other activities such as:



A clubhouse with 2 pools, pool bar, gym, sports court, arcade, and two-mile jogging path around the lake.

Guests have free parking on the premises which makes it very easy to get around the area. The condo is about 15 minutes from the Orlando International Airport and is located within the Vista Cay Resort community. Other Things to Note:

1 out of 2 pools is currently out of service until January 2025.



The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April.



This 1044-square-foot condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate 8 guests. It should also be noted that this condo can be joined with the one next door (exactly like it!) to accommodate 16 guests if you’re traveling with a large group!



Wifi, SmartTV w/cable, parking, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.



There is no daily housekeeping service but a mid-stay cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate.



The condo is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.



There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.



Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.



We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner in each full bathroom.



Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.



There will be 2 cards access cards for the resort amenities, if they are lost or misplaced 80 USD per card will be charged through Airbnb or deducted from the security deposit. upon your check out, please leave the card where you found it.



Early check in subject to availability with an additional fee.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed.



Interaction with Guests:

You can check yourself in using the electronic keypad on the door. All access codes are provided 24 hours before your arrival.
