This front facing apartment has amazing sea views of the Mount Main beach and all its activities. With decks on both sides you are spoilt for choice! As modern as it gets with a full Kitchen and spacious dining, Generous sized bedrooms all with Cable TV and Wifi connected, this apartment is in a premium location that's simply hard to beat
Everything you need is at your door step. The Main Beach, Cafes, Hot Pools, Pilot Bay Harbour and Boat ramp are within a minute’s walk and with it being only a short stroll to the centre of the mounts cafe restaurant and shopping strip you will be spoilt for eating and shopping choices. Also nearby is a wonderful playground and many picnic spots. Mount Maunganui is home to 2 golf courses, Tennis Courts, Bayfair Shopping mall and Tauranga Airport.
If your wanting to stay in there’s a Ultra Fast wifi/fibre available as well as a TV in each bedroom with 50 plus Sky channels & Netflix in all rooms. The Eleven apartment complex boasts a well-appointed Gym and wonderful roof top pool. Also included are two safe and secure covered car spaces within the carpark complex with an electronic access key.
Special conditions: Maximum number of people to stay are 4. This property is not available for venues and because this is part of a multi complex and consideration towards other apartment dwellers is expected. Minimum booking at Christmas time is 7 nights. An ideal setting at the Base of the Mount you are spoilt for choice with so much to do. Park your car when you arrive and leave it for the duration of your stay, as everything is with in easy walking distance. Enjoy the patio views from the living dinning or main bedroom or bunker down with the large tvs and 55 channels in each room. At Ocean Eleven you are spoilt for choice.
