LIVING AREA

The stunning living room is centered around the large kiva fireplace, and features tall windows and glass French doors that pour abundant natural light onto the gorgeous diamond plaster walls and classic, comfortable furniture. The gorgeous fanned Vigas lead your eye straight to the stunning views of the New Mexico landscape, which you can also take in from the patio just outside.



The family room offers a separate space for watching TV on the large and comfortable sofa.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The huge kitchen is fully equipped for a discerning chef and is complete with excellent stainless steel appliances, and a large Kiva fireplace for ambiance. Dine-in seating for four is available on the kitchen island, and a breakfast table seats four next to the fireplace.



The dining area is an extension of the living room. The table seats eight, and offers the same amazing views.



BED AND BATH

All three suites offer king beds and ensuite baths so no one will have to compromise on comfort and privacy. The primary bedroom features large windows that overlook the backyard and the surrounding foliage.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The stunning interior is rivaled only by the gorgeous outdoor space. The heated pool and hot tub will perfectly complement Santa Fe’s mild and sunny weather. There is ample room to cook on the BBQ, eat a family meal, sunbathe, and take in New Mexico’s mountainous landscape.

- The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- The ping pong table in the photos has been removed.

- The fireplace is available from October 15th - April 15th

- All-wheel or four-wheel drive is recommended when renting this home in the winter months.

- This home is NOT pet-friendly. The homeowners monitor the home with exterior cameras, and our cleaning staff reports pet hair to us after each checkout. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 fee.
