The home is nestled in an established, highly desirable neighborhood, and the two-bedroom main house is complemented by a private casita, perfect for parties who prefer separate spaces. Surrounded by lush landscaping, a backyard water feature, and gated spaces, this private oasis offers a tranquil retreat close to Canyon Road and all that Santa Fe has to offer.

The inviting living room features a cozy and stylish sectional couch and a smart TV. The living room is open to the dining room, which features a Kiva fireplace for the warmth and crackle of a wood fire.

The open-concept galley kitchen is well-appointed with high-end appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The kitchen also features quality glass and bar ware and all you need to make an extra special cup of coffee in the morning.
