LUXURIOUS BEACH HOUSE WITH EXCEPTIONAL OCEAN VIEWS

This architect designed split level home has luxury furnishings and sensational 180 degree views of the beach, coastline, KillickCreek and the golf course through out. Purpose built private family beach house, Point Break offers a fully equipped cooks kitchen, fitted with European appliances and quality kitchenware. The open plan kitchen, living/dining area offers a beautiful and relaxed space for family dinners whilst enjoying spectacular views both from inside and from the large wrap-around balconywhich flow off the main living area to maximise indoor/outdoor living.

There are 2 main bedrooms upstairs each with its own bathroom and queen size bed. The main bedroom has a large deck with sensational views and floor to ceiling windows which brings the sparkling vistas right to your pillow. The second bedroom upstairs also has a balcony with great views. Each bathroom has shower, toilet and vanity .

The two large downstairs bedrooms each have a double or queen size bed & a bunk bed or a king single bed. One bedroom also has great views. They share a large well appointed bathroom which has a shower, bath, vanity and toilet.

Parking consists of two open parking spaces for your cars, one at the front of the home and one at the rear of the home.

The layout is ideal for three couples or two families and the beach and village amenities are only a short walk away. Point Break offers a luxury standard unique in holiday rentals at Crescent Head. Please note: No pets allowed.

The owners require a $500 cash bond and credit card details as a holiday bond. WIFI and Foxtel provided.

Please note no more than 10 people in the house and definitely no caravans or camper trailers to be attached to the house or parked on the grounds. 

Please note: Personal linen is provided and guests will not need to bring their own sheets, towels and pillowcases.

Great views over stunning Crescent Head

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good for large groups. Great views of crescent head from lovely large deck. Plenty of space. Would not recommend staying peak summer as not great airflow and gets very hot in mornings. (Air con installed but not available to use by guests).Needs a good spring clean and some minor repairs. Comfortable and great views but I think luxurious is a stretch.Crescent head is fabulous relaxing location.Note: Wifi but not smart TV and Foxtel didn’t work. DVD player but no hdmi cable to connect it.

Disapointing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Could have been so good but disappointingly it seems to be a bit neglected. The house wasn't very clean - there were many broken slates to the blinds, the ductes were realloy dirty, initially we weren't allowed to use the heating even though we arrived during a very nasty storm. The bbq connections hadn't been checked and resulted in a very dangerous fire. No smart tv - in a house of this level it should be standard. Many of the plates and saucepans were dirty - these are items that should be checked by the owner, not agent but it appeared the owner didn't have a lot of interest in keeping the house in good order. We weren't given access to the garage and when there have been a lot of break ins in the area that would have been appreciated. A vacuum and broom would have been handy to be able to clean up after the storm and when we vacated. Stained rugs, very limited cooking equipment - the sandwich maker was dirty and broken, no water filter jug, no stick blender, no slow cooker, beds were uncomfortable, blankets and throws were dirty. The torch that was provided did not have batteries and no batteries could be found which would have been handy when we lost power. Through our stay we found the Amy, the agent to be responsive, friendly and helpful. We would definately recommend the agent however we would suggest another property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was absolutely beautiful and spacious over 3 levels. Plenty of room and 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets. It was so light and airy and views from just about everywhere - including 3 of the bedrooms. The main bedroom upstairs was spectacular with its own verandah and the most amazing views. In a great location, very quick walk down to the shops, cafes and beach. The house had everything you could need and more.
