Step into the well-appointed and spacious kitchen, equipped with modern amenities, including a dishwasher, making your holiday experience a breeze. A second toilet can be found off the laundry area, providing added convenience for guests. Recently renovated, the bathroom exudes a fresh and contemporary feel, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable bathing experience.

Bella Vista guarantees a truly relaxing family holiday, offering proximity to various attractions and amenities within walking distance. Enjoy the freedom of being able to explore the area on foot, creating lasting memories with your loved ones.

Please take note that the third bedroom is a unique "walk-through" sleeping area, separated from the hall by a curtain. This space features single bunk beds and functions as an alcove or sleep-out area, rather than a traditional enclosed bedroom.

We kindly request that you bring your own personal linen, including sheets, towels, and pillowcases. However, if desired, linen can be hired at an additional cost, ensuring convenience and ease during your stay.

Our first few visits were in the Van park then Tuffy's Ulmarra and for the last 6 plus years at Bellavista which we love..Close to everything great aspect plenty of Sun.. Yes the property is described well.. The property was relatively clean! The deck needs work as the heads of the nails are protruding through.. The property is well managed.. we have recommended the property to family/friends.. Surfing is our target and a few visits to stock up on supplies.l will contact you soon regards next year looking to book in June outside school holidays Thanks Rod and friends.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was in a great location but felt more like a campsite unit than a house rental for that price.The unit needs upgrades to the following:-- Floor lamps and/or table lamps to lessen the need to live under those godawful neon and other fan/overhead lights...the lighting was depressing.-- No Internet/wifi...any house rental should have wifi Internet connectivity for that is 2024, not 1992.-- The TV must be close to 20 years old...the channel selector had not battery backing and was held together with had no modern accessibility was both small and had few channel selections...even the extra Channel 10 options were not available. Very unsatisfactory.-- DVD player would have been a nice option to supplement the poor TV situation but it did not work, was very old (probably the same age as the TV) and its selector had not battery backing either...but of course it made no difference because it didn't work anyway.-- The toaster is officially does not work.-- Other than the toaster, the kitchen was 'acceptable', the dishwasher worked well as did the microwave...the oven (I think fan) made strange noises but at least it worked. The refrigerator was fine.-- There was no dishwashing liquid and only one load of dishwasher powder left...we bought them and left them for the next renters.-- The beds were fine and comfortable.-- Overall, it was more like a camping experience than staying in a house or unit.

It’s becoming tired and rundown ie new lounge definitely needed and kitchen bench needs some serious consideration. Even though the owners replaced 2 fans the afternoon we arrived the rest of the fans only went one speed. That being said we love the huge deck and the location of the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Bella Vista is in a great location and catches any cool breezes around. I stay here annually and it is always clean (no bugs!). Beds are comfy and house is roomy enough for everyone staying there to have their own space. At this visit, we did find a few minor maintenance issues - overhead fan in loungeroom does not work; we had to replace a few lightbulbs that did not work; the kitchen sink drainer (for plates, cutlery, etc) needs replacing; lacking saucepans for cooking; some window locks were missing; nails in timber decking are starting to protrude. Having said that, I will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Discovered this little gem at Crescent Head. Had just about everything we needed for our week stay. Bonus was that there’s a garage that we could access which was brilliant to store the jet ski and surfboards when not being used. While there’s no a/c ceiling fans are throughout the house with a couple of pedestal fans. Our only complaint was there’s no wifi in the home - not great as my hubby works while away. So if wifi was installed we’d say it’s as close to a perfect as holiday home, views, walk to a great coffee cafe and of course the surf is just a five minute walk away. Loved it so much we’ve rebooked.

The house was more than comfortable. However , the fridge was hopeless which made keeping food fresh & safe very challenging. The house needs a new fridge asap. Also the toilet in the bathroom smelt like a male public urine trough. It needs a plumbers attention asap

Perfect for families

We really enjoyed our stay at Bella Vista. It was perfect for our family. Kitchen was really well equipped and the bathroom was quite new. Great position being so close to the town centre with views to the beach!

Superb stay, right near the Crescent Head Break...

We had a lovely weekend stay at Bella Vista.... The view is second to none, watching Whales in the Bay just about topped it off for us. Accommodation is simple yet clean and tidy. Plenty of room to store the surfboards in the Garage, and room on the drive for one vehicle, with room on the road without parking restrictions. The deck has cracking views of the bay, and also of the hinterland too. Another bonus is the short walk to all of the amenities, shops and Restaurants. Thoroughly recommend a stay here at Crescent Head.
