A great cottage in the heart of Cavendish. Walking distance to Avonlea Village and Mariners Cove. I would recommend this cottage to anyone and would stay again.

Can’t say enough about the Fox Den attention to all the necessities was beyond there was nothing the host forgot. Beds were very comfortable. Seeing the bunnies and squirrels and birds was so wonderful. Really enjoyed ourselves we may visit again next year. Loved the beaches.

Perfect little Space

Our stay was great! Location was prime, cottage was clean and comfortable. The games room/cabin was a huge bonus, kids enjoyed that! I loved the little extras that were available, very helpful. We would definitely stay again! Thank you to Melissa!!

Wonderful! Absolutely everything is perfect in Melissa and Stephen’s cottage. I’ve been coming to PEI every year for over 35 years, and this cottage is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. I highly recommend it.

Little slice of heaven

This place is beautiful. Well loved and has everything you need. Responsive host and so many extras that make the place feel special. The game room was a blast for the kids but my favorite place was the peaceful porch. I would come here again and highly recommend.

This is such a great place to stay with a family. So close to everything. The beach, the amusement parks, dinning etc. The hosts made it extra special with lots of little perks. We would definitely choose this place to stay again.

The cottage was amazing! The location to the Cavendish area was perfect, we were incredibly close to all the amenities but the evenings around the campfire private and quiet. The cottage was well maintained and we appreciated the included items.

Great stay in Cavendish!

We popped over to PEI for a three-nohht visit after some time in Nova Scotia. Little Foxes Den was an adorable cottage to base ourselves - so easy to get to all the things we wanted to see and so comfortable and cozy for the family. Communication with Melissa was so easy, and we felt very welcome. Thank you!

A small treasure

Compact, clean, and fully loaded! This little cottage is a jewel. It was very hot during our visit, so we were very grateful for the air-conditioning. All the basics and so many little luxuries are provided. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect getaway home!

We cannot say enough good things about the Little Foxes Den! From the moment we drove up, everything was perfect! Check-in was a breeze, the landscaping is beautiful, and when we walked in, everything was clean and smelled fresh. The kitchen was well-supplied with everything we needed to cook, and there were tons of towels and extra blankets if needed. The decor is charming, and there was plenty of hot water at all times. The location is central to all of the Anne of Green Gables tourist spots, yet feels like a secluded, peaceful retreat after being around crowds all day. You can’t go wrong with this home!

4 nights exploring the island. My husband early 70's and I'm close to 60. We trvel every year either

Great cottage. Clean and absolutely everything you will need. Cavendish is very much geared towards kids though and a bit kitchy but the cottage is fairly secluded. We did have the noice of the music festival the first night. If you like country music then you are right there beside the festival grounds. It was a great home base to explore the island. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 queen, 1 double and bunk beds. It was nice having the washer and dryer. If you like cottage accomodations I recommend Little Foxes in Cavendish especially if you have children. Being into Anne of Green Gables is a plus.

Amazing Location! Quiet but close to everything

Really great property in a superbe location. Quiet location away from the hustle of the main drag but a very quick 1 minute drive to all the best tourist locations in Cavendish. 3 nice sized rooms, the queen mattresses were adequate. The 2 bathrooms and an outside shower is such a major asset to this property. The hosts make sure you have all you need for your stay on the island, like a beach cart (use it if you go to shining waters)! They even had beach toys for the kids 😊. Great yard with a firepit 😊. They have a vaste selection of games, vhs and dvds and a chromecast as well for rainy days. They had a "welcome package" of goodies for us too! A few very minor things that could have improved our stay: - some dishes were dirty, we had to wash beforehand, but not a big deal - A hair dryer - Facial tissues - pasta strainer - there is sleeping accomodations for 6 but only 4 chairs at the table We would definitely recommend!!

Thank you Luc for the positive review. I am sorry that there were dirty dishes in the cupboard. Moving forward we will inspect to ensure. There were two folding chairs beside the washing machine that are meant for the kitchen table. We really hope that you book with us next year as you kept the cottage extremely clean.

Chalet avec bcp de commodités, super emplacement proche des attractions et très calme. Le petit chalet gaming room est super, les enfants ont adoré et les parents ont profité de tranquillité ! Dans l'ensemble le chalet aurait pu être un peu plus propre, le frigo était sale, le rideau de douche avec des residus de savon au bas, les hélices de fan au plafond était remplis de poussière. J'aurais ajouté un petit îlot dans la cuisine pour plus de rangements. Somme toute le chalet était très bien et a repondu largement à nos attentes. Nous serions prêts à y retourner!
